Fast dellivery, well-packaged, and the employees are very nice and friendly.

I've had a really great experience with this store and I can definitely recommend it to anyone who's into board games.
One thing I really like is the selection. You can find games here that are quite hard to find elsewhere, including some titles I couldn't find in stock at other stores. It's definitely become one of the first places I check when I'm looking for something new or a bit harder to find.
The prices are good, everything I've ordered arrived well packed and in perfect condition, and the whole experience has been easy and straightforward every time.
A special mention has to go to Alex, the owner. He's helped me a lot with recommendations and advice, especially when I wasn't sure what to choose. He's always been happy to answer my questions and suggest games based on what I was actually looking for, rather than just recommending the obvious choices. You can tell he really knows board games and enjoys helping people find the right ones.
That kind of personal help is something I really appreciate and one of the main reasons I'll keep coming back.

I ordered some limited time board game promos from them, which took a few weeks to arrive due to customs delays and other issues outside of the seller's control. Despite this they remained very helpful in trying to move the item along and providing information whenever requested in a very short period of time. The promos were also available at a pretty generous price, accounting for their limited nature. I will be happy to return to them for future purchases.

Had the pleasure of dealing with them. They had some understandable problems due to a database crash, they where very open, communicative, supportive in sourcing and all was worked out well. To me a good test is to see how a store react when things go wrong and here it was excellent.

Regatul Jocurilor is one that really makes a difference, and I am not only talking here about excellent services! They have really good customer service, and they are very open and friendly.

At Regatul Jocurilor, they take custom orders (you can submit your wishlists for various products and in almost all the cases they got you covered).

Also, they have a vast selection for hobbists (boardgamers, wargamers, tabletop miniature games, paints, accessories etc) and are constantly expanding.

The delivery of the products is top notch, everything is always accounted for and arrives sefely.

I am an old customer of theirs and I am grateful that I can leave such a review without having to overstate anything.

Placed an order via BoardGameGeek which was fairly straightforward. Alex and Christian were both prompt responders and very polite. However, the trouble came with the shipping company. Alex and Christian remained in contact with me and did their best to ensure I'd get my purchase. I really appreciated their patience, which tempered my own frustrations. A great team who I'll trust with any future orders!

searched for some game promos quite a long time till i noticed them on this shop. i had a few questions and the support was prompt and very nice and helpful. i had my promos within the week (despite living a few countries away) and they look gorgeous! definitely recommend.

Regatul Jocurilor is a board game store in Romania. Never ordered from them before but they were the only ones that still had the board game I wanted in stock. My experience has been very good, ordering was simple, got a email confirmation order and another one for dispatch. Delivered to the UK with no problems.
