I haven’t received my order

I haven’t received my order. It seems that Evri lost my package. I cannot contact Regatta any way: there’s no customer service phone number; online chat doesn’t work and no one replies to my email. There’s no way to solve this problem

Honest review

This was an ok product little low but ok lots bending down. Not sure this will last two sessions very light. Needs better instruction for set up . But over all ok item good for quick setup once worked out. It is what you pay for so do expect anything else

Poor service paid for next day delivery…

Poor service paid for next day delivery arrived a week later will not bother using them again. Inpossable to call as the number does not work 4th rate company even the goods badly made

Ordered for next day delivery for a hospice walk I was doing. Didn’t arrive and customer services rubbish response

Changing robe could be better

Changing robe could be better.
There’s a few things i’d have liked better on the changing robe. Firstly, the hood is tiny. It barely covers up to the top of my head. Secondly, the arms are very small too.
Other than those things it’s okay and keep the wind off you and keeps you nice and warm.
