The customer service is excellent. The piercing I ordered didn't arrive; instead, I received only a torn-open envelope. With the help of customer service, we received a replacement. The communication was very personal, friendly, and successful. I would order from here again anytime.

Great experience so far! I've ordered a few gold-plated pieces. They're beautifully made, and so far I haven't had any concerns about the quality. I love unique jewelry and own many nice pieces, including vintage jewelry, but these are among the most unique items in my collection.

I ordered 2 earring chosen by my daughter. The earrings were beautiful and packaged well separately. The delivery was swift and no nonsense. The only reason I removed 1 star was even though the velvet pouch and silver cleaning kit were nice, it would have been good to receive a display box as the earring were a gift. Perhaps this was an option I missed. Otherwise a great service
