Solid piece of furniture. Difficult to build, but sturdy and not “cheap”. They forgot to send me tracking for one of the boxes, but customer service was quick

I ordered 3off of 80cm black shelves. They arrived impeccably packed, in perfect condition. Easy to fit to a block wall with the provided fixings - just take care to mark & drill accurately.
I've used them to provide easy access to most of my CD collection. They work perfectly - no sign of bending or sagging. Very Pleased

If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only were the shelves I received stylish, sturdy and provided with everything needed for easy fitting, but the customer service I received from Regalraum was the absolute best I have ever experienced. There was a problem with the British delivery company that were supposed to complete the order. Donna at Regalraum immediately took control of the situation keeping me updated at every step, never making excuses despite the situation being out of her control, and going as far as sending out my order 3 times to try to get it to me with no prospect of being able to retrieve the previously sent goods. Absolutely great products and service, I highly recommend.....

I had an empty wardrobe that the previous owner just had a pipe hanging to hang their cloths with hangers, and two wooden shelves. I searched the web and I came across this company - I installed it this weekend and I am delighted with the result, especially for the price! I would also like to thank Saskia Stielke for fixing my mess and being to helpful!

We’re very happy with the quality of the shelves from Regalraum, but even more impressed with their customer service. During delivery, one of the boxes arrived damaged and a shelf support had probably fallen out. I immediately contacted customer service and received a quick and friendly reply. Within 48 hours the missing part was delivered to our home free of charge.

This is how customer service should be: fast, correct and hassle-free. Combined with the solid quality of the products, Regalraum is an easy recommendation!

One small suggestion: the packaging could be improved. At the moment there’s too much empty space in the boxes, which allows parts to move around and risk being damaged during transport.

This has to be the best company I have ever dealt with! Fantastic ideas for our dressing room with really rapid responses to questions and suggestions. Delivery was rapid and good value. Product excellently made and easy to assemble.
I noticed a damaged panel after 2 years, initially missed, and was replaced for free and delivered in 4 days. Just incredible.
Staff are so friendly.
The company I am not able to fault and have recommended to many friends.
This is all for a customer in England, miles away! It is not the sort of customer service I am used to.
I will use this compeny whenever possible.

We used the online configuration tool to design the shelving. Then the shelves arrived on time and were high quality. Finally the excellent customer service team helped me with my queries.

I ordered glass shelves to the UK, ordering was easy and speed of delivery was excellent. I had a small issue for which I contacted customer services who were brilliant, responding the same day with a welcomed resolution to my issue. Great products and great customer services. Will definitely use again!

Still didn't receive the correct parts for my drawer. The first one was fine but everything was wrong for the 2nd one. They sent me new parts but it still doesn't work. It's amazing !

I'm very pleased indeed with these guys. The website configurator is excellent, allowing you to build the piece of furniture you need, rather that finding the closest fit.

Delivery from Germany to England was 8 days, which is fine given the inevitable post-Brexit custom delays. The parts for my shelf build arrived in perfect condition, with no bash corners, and everything was there that should have been.

Construction was quick and easy, similar to some other flat-pack methods, but with various sensible "German" improvements. Quality is very good, with both panels and fitments (screws feet, etc) all made in Germany or Austria, so I would wholeheartedly recommend them overall.

Website says 'Quick Shipping'.

Order placed on July 13th. Today is August 5th and we are told we will have to keep waiting for the delivery.

Truly shocking. Total disrespect of their T&C and customers

Overpriced, impenetrable assembly instructions and expensive shipping. We bought a small wall/floor unit. It’s underwhelming, and only made decent by the improvements we made ourselves. We suggest potential purchasers look elsewhere, like IKEA.

I have been trying for several hours to use their "configurator" which is full of bugs (while being a very good idea).

1. Will change erraticaly the dimensions. If I set up a with of 120 cm for an element, save and when I return to the page it has been modified to 116cm ! retried and retried again. Same result.

2. The list of articles to order is wrong ! On the configurator I set up the depth of the shelves to be 50 cm of depth. On the articles list I have some of them being listed with a 30 cm depth ! (double checked).

3. The total width calculated by the "configurator" doesn't match with the widths of each elements.

Too much is too much. I give up and to to some other websites.

Excellent service - ordered shelves that sadly were too heavy for my wall. Return service was smooth and stress-free with a pickup delivery. Great job
