Ordered 2 prints as Christmas presents for my family. The prints have not been approved and all communication has gone dead. I’ve asked for a refund due to the quality and they still haven’t replied. Total of 4 emails message on Instagram. Terrible customer service. Money has been taken out of my account. Please don’t use this company as customers service is atrocious.

Updated review: We had a few technical issues that resulted in longer than usual response times but once we cleared that up, Sofia was nothing but professional and made sure to keep up with communication and that we received our order on time.
Portrait was great and my inlaws really loved it and got a kick out of it.

I made this for my dad for his 87th bday. I kept asking friends if I should use a younger pic of him or older. They all said older-but I didnt listen:) I wanted him to have a younger version of himself. I was hoping he'd like it but I never knew he'd Love it and react like he did when he opened it!!! I also like how a name can be placed on there. Other sites wont let you. Thank you so much for making my dad laugh & smile-he really needed that! It was all Perfect, fast shipping, awesome quality -I'll definitely be ordering more. Thank u for making my dad happy-perfect bday gift! xo Lisa

Amazing product and top notch customer service. Definitely plan ahead for gifts - my first order came and was unfortunately the wrong print. However, quickly got in touch with owner on Instagram for a reprint and expedited shipping (also sent full proof for gift-giving purposes) and gave me a free second portrait altogether. In the course of what could’ve been a frustrating mishap, Regal Pawtraits earned all my respect for the five star service and hilarious product. Would recommend 10/10

Was very pleased with my portrait. Our friends and family absolutely loved it. The artist was very patient and listened to my review, made the changes and responded promptly until the portrait was perfect and we were very happy with the final results!

I think my portraits both look excellent! They could easily pass as original 19th century regal paintings such as those by Winterhalter, one of my favourites(!)

Great Christmas present, which my niece and her partner loved. It was lovely to see their delight when they opened it. The portrait showed their cat and dog in fine splendour, very well done, well packaged and great communication. Makes a unique gift.

Ordering a portrait of our beautiful girl Izzy was easy with simple instructions to follow. It took more time to choose which outfit to present her in as there were a fair few and all very appealing.

I saw their add and just clicked on it just to browse initially. I thought it would be a great present for myself after looking at the options.

I ordered a picture and then a digital so I could send it out with my Christmas greetings . I had so many compliments . Some friends thought we were in costumes . Such a fun way to be pictured with your pet (s) I absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend this company

Good quality, but insanely over priced. Took nearly 6 weeks to deliver which was especially disappointing as it was meant as an Christmas gift. I bought one that was around d the size of an A4 sheet and it cost nearly €60. Their customer service as also bad as I sent several emails to check on the proress of my order anly to never get a replyProbably best to go with Etsy for product like this.

Both my husband and myself loved how well this turned out. The person we gave it too loved it as well. It looked so real. Thank you
