Based on my experience, I have significant concerns regarding both the product quality and the customer service.
The item I received does not meet the level of quality I reasonably expected from a personalized product. The image appears affected by multiple small, uniform marks and raised imperfections, which, in my assessment, differ from typical natural wood grain patterns. These marks noticeably impact key elements of the image, including the face, and reduce the overall visual quality.
Additionally, the background and text appear blurred and lack clarity, which further affects the final result.
There is also a functional issue with the product. The base appears uneven or damaged, which prevents the item from standing securely.
I reported these concerns and provided photographic documentation. However, my feedback was not acknowledged as a defect, and I was informed that the observed characteristics are considered natural to the material. As a resolution, I was offered a 20% discount on a future purchase, which, in my view, does not adequately address the issue.
I would also like to note that in a previous order, there was a delay in delivery, despite the order being marked as delivered, and this matter was not satisfactorily resolved.
Overall, my experience suggests a gap between expected and delivered quality, as well as challenges in resolving customer concerns.

I ordered a personalized pajama set and what I received is completely off from the size chart on their website. After sending clear photos and following every ridiculous request (flatten the fabric, remove the laptop, retake the picture, measure again, etc.), they now claim a 5 cm difference is "acceptable." That’s absurd. If a size S can legally arrive as a size M or L, then what’s the point of having a size chart at all?
They hide behind the excuse that it’s a personalized item and can’t be returned—which I get, but that doesn't justify sending the wrong size in the first place. The pants exceed the supposed “5 cm variation” by far, yet they still refuse to fix it.
If this is how they treat customers—blaming them and avoiding responsibility—then it’s clear this is not a serious or professional business. It’s a shame, because I actually liked the design, but the product doesn’t match what I paid for. Buying online requires trust. They've lost mine.
I ordered a gift from RegaloOriginal.com for a special occasion, with the website indicating that the earliest collection date was December 24, 2024, between 15:00 and 19:00. I also received an email instructing me to arrive on Dec 24 before 19:00. Despite arriving on time, I found the office closed with no prior notice via email, SMS, or even on Google Maps. Later, it turned out they sent a notification (most probably automatic) about modified hours to my number, which doesn't have WhatsApp, while the website didn't require a WhatsApp number in the form.
After traveling nearly 2 hours and waiting 1 hour in the cold, I reached out multiple times to the company through emails and social media, but received no response. Finally, after 3 days and numerous attempts on my side, a representative called to apologize and asked me to email another address. However, even after 3 more days of waiting, there has been no resolution or further action from the company.
RegaloOriginal.com has shown no intention to resolve this issue promptly. They’ve not only ruined my Christmas, but also jeopardized the special moment I had planned for another person. Their promises of quick delivery and good customer service turned out to be completely false.
Do not trust RegaloOriginal.com if you want timely service or reliable customer support.

I wanted to modify an order four weeks in advance of delivery date. Far too difficult. So cancel the order, no not done. Two hours later I managed to cancel the order. Requests refund, chat, email, email, email. 60 hours later confirmation of cancellation but no refund. Then a response saying that refund would take two weeks. 5 minutes to take payment in first place and the two weeks for a refund. They must be joking? WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
