At the price I expected a second class service but they delivered the next day and the laptop was in great condition with a good clean Windows install. No problems.

I was hesitant about buying a refurbished iPad, but wow! What a brilliant company!! It was like new, and came with a brand new charger at no extra cost. Rapid delivery as well. I totally recommend Refurbo 100 %

Good in terms of delivery time but description of very good condition too vague....screen had some pixel damage which is different to case scratches and needs proper disclosure.

Didn't have stylus which is OK but not disclosed either.

Also had issues with a very sensitive mouse pad.

Excellent service. I ordered a Laptop which was as advertised - clean and perfect working condition however the battery life was near depleted. I rang them up and they sent through a replacement battery and replacement back-up battery also, arrived the next day!

I was sent a defective keyboard [details below] but Refurbo acknowledged this mistake, immediately emailed me a postage-paid label to send back the keyboard via courier, and refunded me the price of the keyboard. I have therefore changed my opinion of Refurbo. Sure, the mistake shouldn't have happened in the first place, but they made good on their mistake, like a trustworthy vendor should. Thank you.

Original complaint, unedited: The keyboard has a defective power button, so that it cannot be turned on. The keyboard is dented so that the power button cannot be turned on. This is obvious to anyone trying to use the keyboard, so it does not look like Refurbo tested the keyboard and that they are just flogging it until someone gives up and just eats the cost of having paid Refurbo. I therefore would not trust Refurbo as a reseller.

The laptop I received was indeed in "Pristine Condition" as advertised.

I would happily recommend Refurbo and would have no hesitation in using them again.
