Ordered a Ipad 10.2 and cancelled before it was delivered but didn't receive the money till today after a week. Such a worst customer care always waiting with 18 people. I think its preprogrammed for call waiting. I think I have to proceed Legally aganist Refurbished.

GOOD ADVISE, AVOID!
After having the phone for a while the screen stopped working. I send it back, it came back with the screen working but the phone start to reboot at random times. I send it back again, got it back not repaired. This 2 times more. After that got another phone but with the same problem. I send it back and then Refurbished decided refund the phone. Still waiting for the refund. The initial problem started 190 days ago but still no money back. Today I get an email from them (after sending back the phone more than a month ago and promising me a refund) they say that the phone is still connected to the iCloud, but then with an email address that is not mine. Current state no phone no money. I've been scammed !? This is just unbelievable. I gave 1 star because 0 was not possible that is how disappointed I am. Still hoping for a solution...

Thank you for the feedback. Refurbished sales partners do not always use genuine Apple parts. We do, however, set the highest quality standards. For example, our technical specialists test all products for correct effectiveness before sale.
And we inspect the battery extensively. We use a minimum battery capacity of 80%. If there are problems with the battery, you are always entitled to the three-year warranty with Refurbished.
Refurbed.ie excellent company to deal with
I had a problem with a flip phone I had purchased when it was sent back . I have to say refurbed was very professional with everything but the company handigo I found not a good company they said i dropped the phone or got it wet if i did i would of used my own insurance to fix the phone . I've always bought from refurbed.ie and will again in the future. Very pleased with refurbed.ie

No back payment
I bought an Iphone and it was not working well. I sent it back and they said in 15 working days my money would be sent back. However there is no back payment. Since I didn't get my money back I cannot buy a new one. So they are only offering suffer their customers!

Better than I expected
I ordered a laptop that was like, 50% off. Unreal. However, I didn't get a track and trace code, and ended up looking up reviews. This left me completely stressed since the reviews are horrible. I mailed them twice before they answered and told me they still needed the track and trace code themselves and I'd get my order before friday. I got my order today, on thursday morning. It works and looks good. I will update this review once I check the battery life.

Stole my money
Order a phone in for Christmas, it took over 3 weeks. they first cancelled my order, then sent it. Since I didn’t want it anymore I sent it the way I received it. They received the phone but are ignoring my messages and making excuses not to refund. They are thieves… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered an refurbished iphone 12 mini with state excellent according to their site but got a bad one at best, lots of problems with it and battery and screen been updated with third party hardware including camera components.
Noticed they actually ordered it with a third company and didn't deliver it themselves.
Now in dispute regarding return with all additional things I ordered which they delivered themselves as they seem to figure I have to send it to third party where I didn't order from .. they DID !

I was expecting to get scammed but worked
Update 24/01:
Order arrived and the phone works well! I am surprised, i was expecting to get scammed after reading the reviews and because of the waiting time. But it worked fine for me, at the end. The phone seems to be working as it should. Communication was difficult... but they haven't disappointed me! I am satisfied.

I was expecting to get scammed or…
I was expecting to get scammed or something after reading the reviews, but all in all a good experience. Customer service was poor (it's not really clear, they don't have a phone number, just an e-mail address where they just reply vaguely). They rely on external suppliers and they don't have control of their stock, therefore they can't really help other than sending your message to the supplier. Other than that, cheap products and my MacBook Pro (cheapest in the market for those specs) looks like new.
I guess be careful as ordering with them can go wrong based on other reviews, but worth it to me.

"delivered on the next day", they said
I ordered an iPhone 12 mini ("delivered on the next day", they said) and it never arrived. After 2 weeks they told me that there was no longer that phone in stock. So I asked for reimbursement which I received after a lot of emails (around 1 month after my order). Moreover, I receive the day after my order the plastic cover and screen protection which I also order the same day. Because my order was canceled, I ask to return those items back...well: I never received the money back for these items.
1 star is also too much for these guys.

FIXED: Order cannot be cancelled
Edit: despite the lack of a cancel button I was able to cancel by email, and received my money back within the promised 2 weeks. Thank you for your responsive service!
Original review: I made a mistake on my order and would like to cancel it. The order and my customer account has no cancellation option - in fact the confirmation of the order says that a cancellation is not possible. It is unacceptable that an order cannot be canceled. My email complaint has not yet been answered.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! STILL NO MONEY BACK!!!

Fraudulent operation. I returned a phone. Receipt was confirmed in writing. Months later, I still haven't got my money back! They don't respond to the emails. Can anyone recommend a lawyer. I would join a lawsuit.
NEVER BUY THERE, IT`S FRAUD! And buy the way, from I would have expected honesty when ordering with a Dutch company. I will not do it anymore.
