No refund

At the end of March, at the start of our trip, it turned out that snow had been forecast near the Fréjus tunnel. Because of this, we adjusted our journey and took the southern route to Italy via Nice. At first, Camping Valdeiva was unable to change our stay period, so we looked for another campsite. Later, Valdeiva wrote that there was a spot available after all, but by then it was too late. The insurance company Refundandgo was supposed to issue a refund. Despite providing all the required information, nothing came of it. Emails to Refundandgo often went unanswered. All in all, it was far from an exemplary experience.

Extremely poor service – refund delayed for weeks and no accountability

I have been waiting for my refund for more than six weeks and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I was constantly redirected between different companies (Refundandgo, Be Safe Group, MAWDY, and even the hotel where I purchased the insurance). No one takes responsibility, no one provides clear information, and every time I contact them, I receive a different answer.

I submitted all required documents several times, yet I keep being told that something is missing. This is simply unacceptable. A refund process should not take weeks, and customers should not have to chase multiple companies just to receive what they are contractually entitled to.

The amount is 1500 Euros.

Terrible service

Terrible service. What a badly named company. I informed the company about a €300 deposite refund early March for a stay in a campsite in August. We had to cancel the holiday because my 80 year old dad was hospitalised twice consecutively and can no longer travel.
Despite providing all requested documentation, including two letters from my father's surgeon to satisfy their strict criteria, I have received no response.
I contacted the company very early to notify of the cancellation, yet the process is unnecessarily arduous.
My parents are elderly and my father is currently in poor health. The "dispicable" level of bureaucracy and lack of communication from Refundandgo is causing my family significant and unnecessary distress.
Having to "chase" a company daily for a €300 deposit refund is unacceptable. The matter is still not resolved!!

Waiting refund for 3 months

I'm giving one star cause I can't give 0. We cancelled our trip and requested a refund for one hotel night 3 months ago. I'm still waiting for my money and they haven't replied to my messages in the last month. Avoid them if possible.
