Awful- doesn’t work, leaves hair dry and brittle, itchy scalp…. Smells gross. And of course, zero response from customer service. Such a SCAM!!! Don’t buy into the money back guarantee. That is far from the case!!

I never received my order and no one responded to my emails when I tried to contact them.

SCAM Company, running ads on instagram and facebook with tons of FAKE info in the ads and on their website including comments, testimonials, guarantees, product info, as seen in certain magazines, dermatologist recommendations, everything fake. Bullshit products made in China, charged in American dollars, and appears to be based in Czech republic.

I have ordered Refress products a few times before and been very happy with their hair bar. My recent order was confirmed on 21 May and I have had no word from Refress since - no tracking # etc. I have emailed many times and keep receiving the automated reply that the customer service team are looking into it. I have not been able to find a phone number or any means of contacting the company directly. Very disappointed.

Wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order. 5 days went by with no response or shipment. I emailed telling them to cancel my order, then within 24 hours something shipped. It took over 30 days to arrive and showed up with the bottles broken and the stuff spilled everywhere. I emailed for a refund and I've been ghosted. This company is a scam and I've initiated a dispute with my CC.

Total scam. Do not waste your money. Refress represents themselves as an American company which is vegan and cruelty free. The reviews on the website are all fake. It took a month for the product to arrive. Bought a 6 month supply and the boxes were are crushed and the labels on bottles are peeling off. The free gift looks nothing like the free scalp brush in the photos. Sent several emails with no response. Product is made in China. Haven’t tried the spray itself, but do not have expectations for this to work.

Even a 1 star is too much. I ordered something over a month ago and sent multiple inquiries and received no response. The website makes it look like they are in the USA but they are in China.

Smells bad. Product from China. Packaging cheap. Very delayed when ordered. Causes skin irritation. They likely are drop shipping to Canada.

STAY AWAY FROM REFRESS; I do not believe this is a legitimate company!
I ordered a 90 day supply of the hair pigment activator spray. Used the product and saw no changes whatsoever and because it came with a money back guarantee, I emailed the company for a refund/return request. There was an automated reply to my email and nothing since then. No phone number, no other way of reaching anyone. My credit card company cannot process a fraudulent charge after 60 days and I believe their money back guarantee parameters were set outside that range exactly for that reason.

Never received order or even shipping confirmation. Never replied to any email requests. Total scam. Had to put a dispute with bank.

The product does not work and they do not give you any refund - they ignore all the messages. You never get any replies. Total scam!

I never received my order. I contacted the company via email many times and they never responded. There is no listed phone number, Refress is a scam!! Do Not Buy

After waiting a month, I received my order of shampoo bars and conditioner. The shampoo bars had such a strong smell, my entire house smelled after half an hour. I had to take them out and will not be using them on my hair!

Doesn't work. Smells strong. Pretty sure it's not natural

I placed my order on 12/7/24. It is 1/4/25 and I have not received it. I have sent 5 emails requesting customer service and there has been no response.
Their order tracking claims it was delivered 1/3/24.
I contacted my credit card company to report the transaction. Cannot find a Dr. Ellaine Marshall dermatologist. Also can't find where any of the beauty magazines on the Refress website actually recommended the Refress product on their websites.

Rotten and crumbling product. No invoice with order number or customer service contact. Snake oil.

No response to emails and cannot get a refund. Package shows in Dongguan for over a month now.

Do not buy these shampoo bars! They stink and you can’t return them.

I put in an order over two weeks ago (USD60) for 90 day supply of their hair spray never got a tracking number they won't respond to my emails just an automated answer that they received my email. Can't find a phone number. I believe they are a SCAM

The shampoo bar took forever to come. In the website it says it was developed in Australia but it comes from China. The scent was so strong I couldn’t even leave it wrapped in my house. I had to put it on my porch. I asked for a refund and never heard back.
