Wayne is an absolute star and genius in producing amazing video and film - we’ve worked with him for several years now and he just gets better & better - we would recommend him absolutely everyone !

I contacted Wayne after watching one of his charity video productions for Brightwell. We were looking to create a promotional video to advertise a brand new branch opening. We specifically wanted to include some drone footage as part of our video. Wayne was excellent, during the pre-planning, filming and editing period. He was flexible when we needed to amend dates and times to the filming schedule. He really put our team at ease (as they were nervous in front of the camera). With Wayne's skills we will be branching out from building supplies to Hollywood acting in no time!! Thanks Wayne :)

Refresh video just made our corporate video for 7CO2, a regional industrial hub. Despite dreadful weather, Refresh managed to carry out outside interviews with senior figures from our partners efficiently and professionally. We couldn't film with drones on the day due to the weather, so that footage was seamlessly integrated with the interviews later. We provided the music which was perfectly spliced to match the interviews and finish with end titles.

We used Wayne to shoot a testimonial video for a care provider. He was so great with the people he was videoing, and Wayne pitched the questions at a level they would understand in a natural and sensitive way, by chatting to people before videoing and making them feel at ease. The results were an amazing and professional looking testimonial video!

Wayne is exceptionally talented and has such an eye for detail. Wayne kindly filmed our charity abseil day and created some promo for us to an exceptional standard. He has outstanding equipment alongside his skill for filming and editing, guaranteeing that you end up with some fabulous marketing material. I, alongside many other colleagues and companies that witnessed Wayne in action on the day, cannot recommend the company enough, if you are ever looking for marketing videos and promos please use Refresh!

We used Refresh Video for one of our corporate events in Bristol. It was not your usual company event and with multiple events occuring in parallel. From day one the professionalism and attention to detail from Wayne and his team was exceptional. From visiting the conference centre weeks ahead of the event, to discussing the different camera and lighting equipment at the event it was truly personalized. The final cut was amazing and we are already planning our next year's event with Wayne. Highly recommended !

Back in July 2023, we launched our first holiday lodge rental in Brean, Somerset. During the school holidays, it was either poor weather, or we had guests staying in the lodge. Fast forward a few weeks, to a last-minute summer photo/video opportunity of beautiful blue skies and the September weeklong heatwave!

We needed at least 2 days of all day sunshine on the weather forecast app, to make it worthwhile booking in a videographer, in the hope that we still had sunshine on the actual day. Our usual videographer that we use for our other business was already booked up. However, Wayne at Refresh Video Productions had a day of editing planned, which he was able to juggle around, to make him be available for our day of sunshine and blue skies!

In under a week, I had contacted Wayne, had the filming done, and received all the final footage and photos. I’ve sent them off to our booking agent and hopefully soon they will start to bring in more bookings compared to the existing ones that were taken by the booking agent on the day we got the keys.

I used Wayne to shoot some video for me this week, for the first time.
Now, I’m quite a demanding customer, as I spent 28 years as a professional photographer. If it’s visual, I know if it’s right.
Wayne didn’t disappoint. He listened to my particular wants and needs, producing a very professional video (and reel) for me.
I’ve worked with videographers previously, and many of them can be difficult to work with. Absolutely NOT the case with Wayne. We bounced ideas around on the day, and we ended up with work that Wayne should be proud of.
Highly recommended!

A chance to review, explain, evaluate and learn from your life. I divided it up into decades, and picked out the major events, both good and bad, then talked through them to camera. Wayne was easy to work with, and very quickly the cameras became irrelevant. I had a few documents, particularly my ration book as a child, that provided good highlights, and Wayne wove these in at appropriate moments. So a little preparation helped a lot. I found it revealing, as a process. The video itself was very professional, and great editing made it like a tv documentary - almost a video autobiography. I would add that the more honest you are with yourself, the more you get from the experience. Watching the video gave me goosebumps at times. I have no hesitation about recommending it to anyone, both as an experience, and as a way of creating your personal memory of your life which your family can see.

Absolutely pleased with Refresh Video Productions. We had them perform our property photos for our house sale. Now, you may say a photo is a photo. We were lucky enough to be able to compare a standard estate agent approach to property photos compared to the professional approach from Refresh Video Productions. Both my house and my neighbours houses went on the market the same day. Same house so you’d expect similar outcomes. Well wow. From sheer quality of the photos, drone footage that really showcased our property and focal point photos. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and how much more our property was presented in contrast to our neighbours.

I would also like to comment on how courteous and polite Refresh Video Productions were while taking the photos and video while in our house.

Having sold properties before, I now have a new approach and will always use this company again when I come moving.

I would highly recommend Refresh Video.
I had videos and photos taken of my holiday property and am very happy with the results. Wayne is extremely professional and communicated every step of the way.
I had a few ideas of something a bit different and he was more than happy to edit in the way I wanted.
One of the settings wasn't quite right to get the best footage, so he came back at no extra charge so that my property could be shown at its best.
