My order arrived very fast, and was packaged securely. An excellent source of hard to find Korean cosmetics.

I found them on Ebay and then I was sent a little leaflet with their site and was impressed with how fast my order came so order something else as had free delivery and much cheaper than anywhere else.Again,came very fast and couldn't be happier, products come boxed and safe.I only wish they would have more of the Missha and Laneige but they have the popular ones and that's good enough.My loved Missha SPF was 10 pounds cheaper than any of the other UK korean skincare sites or eBay!!I will keep an eye on them, they seem to have lots of products I want to try!

I can’t fault their service at all, and my items came in 3 days which is great. They don't have a massive range of products but what they do have is fairly priced. If you can find the product you’re looking for on their site, I’d definitely say get it. Not one bad thing to say.

I love Refresh Skincare! I first discovered them back in July when I was trying to find a UK Stockist selling the Laneige Cream Skin Refiner when the product was basically out of stock everywhere. Not only is delivery super quick and reliable (thank you for choosing Royal Mail!), but Refresh Skincare has become my go to since, as I'm able to get some of the most popular K-Beauty products like the Missha Time Revolution The First Treatment Essence RX cheaper than other UK K-Beauty retailers. In addition to this, it's only a £5 spend to qualify for Free UK Shipping and you get 15% off your first order. Definitely somewhere you should be shopping at!

I bought some sheet masks from an Instagram ad when they had a promo for £1.25 each back in July. I was a little suspicious since I hadn't heard of Refresh Skincare before, but figured I'd only lose a few bucks anyway and placed my order. The sheet mask pricing was comparable in price to other non-UK based retailers, except with MUCH faster shipping. I got my order literally 3 days later!! All my sheet masks had expiry dates in 2021/2022 and seemed genuine.

I love the low free shipping minimum (£5) and their prices for their products are about the same as other UK k-beauty online shops (like beautyandseoul). The only downside is that they don't have as wide a range, but if they're carrying something you want, I'd 100% recommend ordering! Super quick dispatch and shipping and especially good if you only want to order one item since you'll almost guaranteed get free shipping.
