Hi, I’m Feroz from Hyderabad. Refrens is absolutely not trustworthy. I purchased a one-year subscription, but whenever I tried to send an invoice, it wouldn’t go through. I reported this issue to the Refrens team, but even after four months, they couldn’t resolve it. In the end, they claimed it was a problem with my email. And after my subscription was activated, they even blocked my login.

In 2021 The developers i hired from refrence platform Sold me unliscensed stolen Theme. The Theme owners are after me now to buy the theme again..i put my case how these Thug developers sold me unliscensed theme..and i was not that technically sound than to know about such kind of frauds of liscenece keys..Refrenc employee Shivam made a wassap group with Developers Hiren and Mitul. I still have the chats with me. I complained to shivam the developers his company refrered to me are cheats..he told me I have left refrenc job now.. I went to developers have written chats with them and even mails..and raised the issue of fraud..he played victim card I am poor my partner did this fraud i was not aware I can not buy lisceneced theme for you now.. There is no way you can complain about these developers to refrenc website.Even I tried sending mail of complaint to them .the mail is also not going..it's in queue..bizarre!! in short don't trust these platform completely do your h.w coz if something like this happens..than you will be left running from pillar to post alone like me. Poor experience from this refrence website

Well well . Refrens is scam point blank I had my invoice recurring and the due date keeps bouncing before the invoice ok fine I reached out they claim they can’t find the issue mind you my invoices generate every week . I didn’t get the service I wanted when I ask for my refund they completely ignore. But Refrens when you see this is Shahene and I need my refund!

I have been using refrens from past 1 year and it's totally worth it to invest in this software, it has made my accounting super easy
