Do not use this company. I gained o er 15 pounds in my 6 months and then they took over $1400 out of my account without asking and without sending me any medication (that doesn't work). This is a scam. Go to your family doctor

The product has obviously changed. It doesn't work at all. I got Zepbound from my doctor and that works. I'm not sure what the deal is with what you're mailing out. Total waste of money.

Reflex is a great program
The medicine always came on time with lots of updates. If I had any questions with doctors or meds I had no trouble getting the information I needed from Naava or doctor. When I decided to go on maintenance Naava was so helpful in giving me the information I needed to succeed in my weight goal. I didn’t realize I had already paid for a vial of meds I hadn’t received yet so Naava called me and left several messages to get back to her which I did. I appreciate the opportunity to have a positive weight loss journey with Reflex. Naava told me if I needed any moral support that I could contact her anytime. Thank you for all you have done for me to reach my goal weight and to maintain this weight in the future.
