I ordered a saber on May 4th...
I ordered a saber on May 4th, big Star Wars day promo for my upcoming birthday. I waited specifically for a saber to be available, as it would, according to the vendor site, have stock in Europe (I live in Portugal). Made the purchase, got status updates on the order until May 8th. The last email mentioned that it would take 1-3 days until it starts showing the tracking information. Never got the shipping confirmation. The tracking shows that the saber is yet to be shipped. While contacting the vendor to ask for a status update / estimated date for shipping (multiple emails), the answer was zero. Nothing, no reply whatsoever and now I'm beginning to see a lot of people complaining about the same in the vendor social media profiles and even here in Trustpilot. At this time, I'm not sure if I got scammed or not.
No support or Order enquiries answers at all
I made an order on the 20th of April. The order was protected with Route, but Route says they cannot do anything since there is no Shipping reference. I have been pointed to contact Reflekt sabers but after several emails they do not answer. I even mailed Anne who seems to be answering negative comments on trustpilot. But still I have no updates. I bought 2 Sabers on March 22 a…
I bought 2 Sabers on March 22 a birthday present to myself (Bday is on April 11). I get notified 5 days later when they are checking my order, should ship within the next 5 to 7 days. 18 days later I emailed them, it took almost a week to hear back. They give me some bs excuse about a holiday then 2 days later I get a notified with a tracking number but they didn't actually send the package for another 5 days. Before I bought a almost 400 dollar toy I went on to there website and looked at their address and it's listed in London, my package is coming from China so company is drop shipping. I paid for 3 to 5 day shipping, to reiterate I made a order or March 22 and estimated delivery is April 29. More than one month to deliver
Amazing products kids over moon
My teenagers are loving the Sabers! They've been running around the house having mock battles, The sabers pretty damn tough. There are lots of cool features built-in, and the sound effects are loud and clear. I'm very impressed!

Purchased a lightsaber for my husband
I bought a lightsaber for my husband's birthday. I was cutting it close and this was a last-minute decision, so I contacted Reflekt Sabers to see if they could ship it faster than usual, and they got it here within 5 days. Great customer support!
My husband is obsessed with his Anakin lightsaber. He thinks the features are amazing. So I might be getting the EP2 version too now for him if hes lucky.

If only there was a zero star option
Ordered my saber almost 2 months ago and latest email I received said that it was in transit and a tracking number had been produced.
That was one month ago and I still haven’t had any sort of tracking info.
I did email them and got a response saying that my saved was in transit and would be with me soon.
I have now given up with them and have emailed to try and cancel my order and have been met with total radio silence.

Great Customer Service & Speed Delivery
Very happy with my Lightsabers! I did have some doubts about ordering from a smaller business, However, the positive reviews convinced me to give it a try.
My first order was there Model Vega V3 & it exceeded my expectations. Despite it being a smaller size, the saber felt solid and was incredibly fun to wield. The quality was superb was more than happy with the feature options.
For my second order, I picked up the Darth Maul saber Model DQ-V3, the Xenopixel version this time. I forgot to apply a promo code for a discount. However, Anne from their support was so helpful. She promptly responded to my email and quickly issued a credit for the discount. When I received the saber, I was once again impressed by its quality and attention to detail.
Both sabers came equipped with a variety of features that I hadn't anticipated, including multiple sound fonts, blade colors, and volume settings. The hilt designs were also fantastic and brought back fond memories of pretending to be a Jedi as a child.
Overall, my experience with Reflekt Sabers was fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

My experience with Reflektsabers (2.5/5 stars)
Short version: I ordered sabers, didn’t hear anything from the company for well over a month, even though I tried contacting them, then I suddenly got an email that my sabers were shipped and I received them. Not amazing but they’re okay. Full version bellow.
I have ordered a set of duelist sabers on 26/02/2024. I received mail that my order had been processed, I received an update on the 28th that my order was undergoing a quality check and on 01/03/2024 I received an email that said preparing for shipment. It also said that I would receive a tracking link that would work within 1-3 days. I have gotten no mails after that, on the website my order hasn’t been updated so on 12/03/2024 I sent out an email regarding my order. I asked for an update and I still haven’t received any sort of reply or update. Yesterday (18/03/2024) I tried the chat on their website which said “usually responds within a few minutes”. Still nothing…
I’ll update my review if once I have something new to say, but I think I have been scammed. I don’t recommend this website.
Edit: today (12/4/2024) I received an email from reflektsabers which stated that my order has been shipped. I have also received this same email from a courier service so I expect it to be real. I have not gotten any response from customer service so that’s still not great. This site might actually not be a scam but I’m still suspicious until I receive my order. Would still not recommend buying from reflektsabers.
Last update: today (16/4/2024) I received a package from reflektsabers with my order. Everything worked, nothing was damaged. The quality of the sabers was alright. The sabers reset all the settings, colors and sounds every time it turn off. They’re sturdy, but I’m a little afraid to test how sturdy exactly. On the site it said they were made for heavy dueling, but I’m not quite sure they can really handle heavy duels, although I have to admit, they can take a hit. I still haven’t seen any sort of reply from reflektsabers regarding my former attempts to contact them, but given that I, eventually, received my order I think it’s alright. I have seen better sabers, the customer service was nonexistent but I did receive my order. I would give 2.5 stars if I could, but I can’t so I’ll make it 2, simply because 3 is too many stars.

Never received my order from 2/23, mails get ignored.
Last info was an "preparing for shipment" mail with an empty tracking number slot... Looks very fraudulent to me.

Lack of communication, incorrect product, failure to resolve
After a few updates on my order (3/01), the last email I received was that the package was ready for shipping and that I would receive a tracking code in the next 1-3 days. 10 days have past since then, and I haven't received any news. They also haven't replied to my two emails.

I did receive an email reply, shortly after writing this review. Got an actual shipping notification 3 working days later. My order was delivered today on January 26th, after I was promised 'express shipping 2-5 days' on January 3th. Will update this review later on product quality. Package arrived in good condition, very solid with the hardcase inside a cardboard box.

While the product looks and feels amazing overall, unfortunately it is seemingly impossible to get the Bluetooth connection to work. I am unsure if I got a defective product or I was shipped a wrong version, because the specs on the product page clearly indicated that the saber would ship with a Xeno3 board enabling Bluetooth app control. I am waiting for support to help me out.
UPDATE 8 May 2024
I have, with some slow back and forth, eventually received a replacement core with a Xeno3 board. The saber I got indeed contained a V2 board. However, this replacement core's chassis is not compatible with the saber I have. Thus, it was impossible for me to install. I have sent 3 emails since receiving this package without any reply.

They have gone radio silent since that last message. I have repeatedly reminded them of my unresolved issue, but every email has been ignored.
Avoid this company.
