Frauds!!!

I ordered my perfumes back in December 2025 and it’s now May 2026 !!! I still haven’t received anything. No delivery, nothing.

They promised me a refund, and till today I haven’t gotten anything back.

What’s worse, I received an email saying my order was “delivered,” which is completely false. I never received anything at all.

Customer service is honestly terrible. On WhatsApp they take forever to reply, and most of the time they just leave you on read for weeks even months.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do NOT recommend ordering from them. FRAUDS!
