Really good communication and service. Happy with the finished product.

We ordered 30 embroidered caps from Refined Stitch and were really pleased with the service. During the order, we decided to make some changes and switch to different styles of caps. The team was very accommodating and managed everything smoothly, keeping the pricing almost the same despite the changes.

The communication was excellent throughout, and they were flexible, professional and genuinely helpful. The quality of the embroidery and the finished caps was fantastic.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually listens to its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Highly recommended, and we would happily use Refined Stitch again!

Great quality and excellent customer service

We ordered 40 embroidered T-shirts from Refined Stitch for our barbering academy, and we were very happy with the overall service.

A few of the T-shirts had a fault, so I contacted Adam and explained the problem. He dealt with it immediately and replaced the faulty shirts without any argument or unnecessary questions.

For me, this is a sign of a professional company. Sometimes issues can happen with an order, but the important thing is how the company responds. Adam took responsibility, sorted everything out quickly and made sure we were happy.

The communication throughout was excellent and the embroidery looked great. We would definitely use Refined Stitch again and are very happy to recommend them to other businesses.

Adam was excellent from start to finish. I was ordering a small run of personalised caps for a golf tour, with a fairly specific embroidered foxhound design and individual initials on each cap.

He was incredibly responsive throughout, sent a proper sample before producing the full order, and was very patient with the small adjustments we wanted to make to the embroidery. He also helped find a very close alternative cap when the original model became unavailable, without compromising the overall look.

The finished caps came out exactly as I’d hoped. The embroidery is clean, the colours look great, and the individual initials are a really nice touch.
