Price was good delivery went fine about all you need from a retailer.

Lost a new customer , I joined as you were offering 5% discount to new customers, but when I tried to enter the code it wasn’t recognised as it flashed up so fast. I emailed with no reply, and called to be told it was only for yesterday , even after I explained I had tried to place the order yesterday. I was told there was nothing that could be done. If you’re that happy to loose a new customer , I hate to think how you treat existing ones . Look elsewhere for a reputable company

I have NOT mistakenly reviewed your company. I called you the day after trying to place an order , you also called me back. We discussed me trying to purchase from you the day prior to the call , and you said the discount was only applicable the day I was unsuccessful attempting to place the order, and was unable to honour any discount from the day before, as you had no control of the discounts available as your website discounts were dealt with by an outside company. I have records on my phone bill of calling you if you wish me to confirm details further

The only reasonI gave 4* is the fact it took so long to process the order. In all 5working days to process plus the weekend. Then phone call to say it was being dispatched, which was nice of them. Apart from the lengthy time processing I am very pleased with the service and lights..

I have bought many lights at this shop, and I have always had helpful and excellent service from all the staff. I would recommend people visit this shop first when looking for lighting as they have such a wide range of quality lighting.

We haven't got the lights up yet, but so far Refined Lighting have been really helpful with any questions and are very competitively priced.
The lights themselves look really great even if not in situ yet.

Item was not as described and I was refused an exchange as I did not request this within 7 days as per their policy. The fact is that I didn’t manage to request the refund I was entitled to within the statutory 30 days in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 of which RL clearly has no awareness (there are valid reasons why I didn’t manage to do so, and I had contacted the manufacturer immediately as RL are a reseller). So I attempted to appeal to their (assumed of most reputable retailers) desire to make customers happy by my acknowledging that I had indeed missed their 7 day deadline for a refund, but would happily accept an exchange. Given I’d already spent £224.80 on a lamp you’d think I’d get a response. Won’t be shopping here again.

Only place I could find a replacement glass unit for my large light array. Exactly as described, very carefully packaged and fitted perfectly. Excellent.

Brilliant customer service, needed a replacement and it was dealt with smoothly and quickly. Great communication and I love my lamp.

The company and the product I would have given 5/5. I had seven wall lights which were OK, but way this product is packaged, by it's manufacturer, is a nightmare! It's hard to explain, but they have secured the lamp shade box, inside the main box and the only way to remove it is to destroy the main outer box. This risks breaking the delicate lamp shade in the process, even though it's been done to protect it in transit!. If you had to return this product for any reason, the main lamp box would be badly damaged or destroyed. I'm a property developer and have never had such packaging before. Like I said the company as a whole no problems, quality products at a reasonable price. It's just the way that this particular product/item is packaged.

A very nice product, Franklite Willow FL2298/12 chandelier, delivered well packed and in good condition. Refined Lighting were very efficient in dispatching the product and it was delivered in 4 working days. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I didn't know when to expect the item, day or time.

The item was out of stock but they only let me know 5 days later when I contacted them.
