Hi Lisa. As we have said via email, we're really sorry there's been an issue with delivering your order. Unfortunately occasionally orders go missing in the courier network and on this occasion we don't have any more stock of the candles you ordered so we're doing our best to find your order. We're still working with the courier to try and locate your order and as soon as we do we'll get it re-sent to you.

Excellant Quality
I love my decorative jars that I recently purchased. They are high quality and very reasonably priced for the size of them. They were well packaged and arrived quickly. I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again in future.

Grey Ginger jars

My delivery was fast and easy and wrapped with care which I appreciate. But my only disappointment was 2 of my vases had defects . But I emailed the company and they kindly let me exchange them with free pick up and my exchange together . Which was easier than I imagined.
