Refined Brew bottomless portafilter broke in less than eight months

Broke in less than eight months. I purchased the Refined Brew bottomless portafilter, and one of the metal locking lugs snapped clean off. A portafilter is a functional piece of equipment that needs to withstand normal use, and I didn't expect a component like this to fail so quickly. I reached out to them about the broken part, and they did not care + would not replace it.

I'm especially disappointed given the price and the product's advertised positioning. I've since come across other customers discussing concerns about the brand's product quality, so I'd encourage anyone considering a purchase to look beyond the reviews on the company's own website and do some independent research first.
