I feel robbed by you guy
I feel robbed by you guys and Michael was a good help until he started leaving me on read because he knows whats going on. I bought the ALEO AE1 lite with you guys and i cant recieved it because after paying you 3k, DHL is asking me to pay 2.287$ for import export in which i do not have. I have bought about 6 machines with you guys and never had this problem before. If i knew i would have to pay a fee that high to recieve the machine i wouldnt had bought it. I want a refound.

Trustworthy
With all the bait and switch companies from China, it is reassuring how Refined Capital applies a layer of honesty on top of buying miners. They are straightforward with their current prices, which I greatly appreciate. They also accept other forms of payment such as credit cards and PayPal, which provides purchase protection instead of requiring only payments in crypto, which provides no protection at all. The customer service I received is unmatched. Michael and Vi answered so many questions I had as a first time miner. I would do business with Refined Capital again in the future. I encourage everyone to do your own research and watch out for scams.
