Initially while they were trying to get my business, it was easy to contact Jaalen and Alex. And they would call me right back. But once things started shifting, they did not answer any of my calls and didn't return any of my messages and I was in the dark not knowing what was going on.

This is for future customers
This is for future customers: A simple refinance on my auto loan equated to a lower monthly interest rate (5.45%) however they charge an 8.18% yearly rate and a $495 processing fee for title work. This would have significantly surpassed my current auto loan. I dont remember the agent telling me about the yearly interest rate during our phone conversation so I discovered this during the signing of papers. I declined.
Refi.Jet's Customer Service Ends on the Dotted Line
I had been reading a lot about Refi.Jet as I wanted to refinance my auto. I called and began the process with Luke Nelson. He was kind, considerate, and explained everything in detail. That was on 12/6/25. On 12/15/25 my loan was approved, all the online documents signed with both my current lender and with the new lender. Finally, on 12/31/25 I sent Mr. Nelson a text asking when my loan hadn't been funded yet. Mr. Nelson answered on 1/5/26 saying not to make the payment and the loan would be paid before my grace period was up and I would get the payment back. I put in a call to the Loan Processor, Nelly, to see if she could tell me why my loan hadn't been funded. I never received a text or call back. My loan was not processed until 1/13/26! I ended up paying the December and January payments. When I wrote an email to Mr. Nelson, asking why the delay, he said the payment would be refunded to me once they cashed the check. Didn't happen. My grace period was up and I had to make the payment. During our many conversations Mr. Nelson told me he would assist with requesting my GAP insurance to be refunded (prorated amount).
When the time came, I sent Mr. Nelson a text and told me to just give them a call myself (he had told me he would get on the line with me), they knew the drill. He said they can't refuse to cancel it or the dealership could be shut down. The customer service ended as soon as I signed with Refi.Jet. So I did contact the dealer where I purchased my auto and they were so gracious; walked me through the entire process; including submitting the documents. They followed up with giving me an approximate date as to when I could expect the money to arrive at the lender's.
My experience with Refi.Jet quickly went downhill as soon as I signed on the dotted line. There is absolutely no reason for sitting on a payment that is done electronically!
