Rubbish

3 weeks and still no reply after tons of email tickets . I’ve posted a lead request. What happens now ? Anyone ? Silence …. Now what . Lead request published uploaded and it’s just sitting there. How is a professional meant to get responses and how long does it take . I’m still waiting weeks . Does this company exist ? ? Literally all I get are their offer emails and rubbish. No reply to my email questions. Over 3 weeks now .

Unprofessional, Missed our Meeting and deleted my comment

Looks like Refer.com bought out ReferralKey.com which I've been a member of for at least 5-10 years, but never really did anything with it.

Suddenly I started getting more e-mails from Referral Key, so I went in to see what was happening.

Within a few clicks, that's when I found out that Refer.com bought them out.

I had some questions before I signed up for their paid program, so it took me to calendly to pick a date & time to schedule a meeting. I picked it for the next day & got an e-mail confirmation.

The next day (the 25th) I sat & waited.

Finally 15 minutes later it was obvious something was wrong, so I wrote to the e-mail I had received.

Nothing.

Then I went to their FB Page & wrote on there. NOTHING.

Then I called & was on hold for a long time when it finally asked me to leave a message, so I did.

NOTHING!

A few days later I called again, was on hold again. I finally hung up when I was, once again, asked for my name & number.

How they went out of business in 1-3 months is beyond me, but they should take down their site, FB page, etc.

I say 1-3 months, because I see responses from them here during that time, but I noticed that they don't address negative reviews, only the so called "good ones."

It's either that, or they don't know how to run a business.

Today is the 31st, so we are talking a whole week later & they are MIA.

Update - 02-06-19 - they deleted my comment I wrote on their FB page, so they are no longer missing, they outright wasted my time, ignored me for no reason at all.

Unauthorised Deductions , Scam after Free Trial without any business benefits

I enrolled with the free trial in refer.com and opted out within a few days, however, they have not changed the subscription status and started to deduct the amount for the last 4 months,i lost more than 8K INR, i could not identify the vendor name in my bank statement since it was mentioned as success referral. I identified the name of the vendor after 4 months and followed up with them for the last 3 days, there is no proper professional update or remedy ;

I have few questions to Refer.com ;
1. Why you are not sending the notification to the registered mail id when changing the subscription status from free trial to paid services and alert the user before deducting the first payment like LinkedIn and other social networking sites.
2. Why you are not sending the invoice to the registered mail id on a monthly basis when you do the deductions on every month
3. There are no any referral leads for the last 4 months, no value added services or any communications, why the user should pay without any benefits or services.

It is not useful to Indian customer when you have vast connections only with US business leads, please do not scam the genuine and honest business people in India. Attention to Indian Entrepreneurs: Plz do not attempt on this, it is a waste of energy, money and time.

Refer.com cares about you their…

Refer.com cares about you their customer. Every person I have met from the President to my Referral Partner Manager to Customer Service has always given me 110% service, care and attention. How many companies have you known where the President has personally come to visit you at a Trade Show just to say hi, thank you and want to take a picture with you. I've gotten get well cards in the mail when I had surgery. And of course, we can't forget the thank you note signed by the whole Refer Success Team. I carry that card around with me everywhere just to remind me how we should treat everyone we meet.
If you want to work with a company who works their hearts out so you can have success in your business, Refer.com is the company you want to team with. You'll be surprised with the results you'll get by teaming with Refer.com.
