I was struggling to find an open grommet that would suit a particular brake line requirement. Having exhausted my internet search I stumbled upon a grommet of the exact dimensions needed, from REEVITE. They were extremely helpful in sending me grommets which arrived a day later. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the product from a friendly company who are highly customer focussed, delivering an exemplary service. I would highly recommend REEVITE as a supplier.

I was looking for four white 50mm rubber blanking grommets to finish off a DIY project where readily available black grommets were unsuitable. I found several companies, including Reevite based in Bicester in Oxfordshire. Reevite are the UK's leading supplier of grommets, washers and plugs. Each company listed white grommets and all had a minimum order of 50. Nobody responded to my emails except Chris Webb from Reevite who replied the next day saying he would send me four samples by post. True to his word the grommets arrived the following day. The grommets are exactly what I need to finish the job and are of excellent quality. Thank you Chris and Reevite for your impeccable service and true customer focus.

Chris was very helpful. Within 5 mins I had the the agreement of sample being posted today and knowledge that variations could be manufactured if required after testing samples.

Wonderful customer service.
Considering it was quite obvious that I would never be a huge customer (I needed just 2 tiny grommets!), I was rather charmed to be offered 2 units as a free sample.
They were the only supplier I could find that could offer what I needed.
I do hope they don't get flooded with other noobs on the scrounge!

Outstanding customer service using the live chat option. I couldn't find a specific product myself, but I described what I wanted and the live chat representative recommended the perfect product first time. They then arranged for a sample to be sent out with next day delivery so that I could check physically that what I think is the perfect product actually is the perfect product.

Cannot fault the help from this company. Didn't have exactly what I wanted but found me a workable solution and dint mind at all that I had no idea what I was talking about. Would highly recommend them. What is more the Web chat was a real person, not a bot!! A rare pleasure these days x
