As of the moment of me righting this review it's been over a week of first attempt at request for redemption and after completing all the kyc and having to keep contacting them they continue to promise claim but different excuses on why my redemption has not been released! I do want to update this review and let everyone know that they did finally send my prize redemption! So even though lengthy hold they eventually got it right

Legit, fast redemption
Won 50 SC, Kyc was not a problem, my redemption was processed and approved in 2 days. I cannot speak for larger redemptions but I’ve had no problems with this site or it’s sister sites. And the daily bonuses are not bad.

Stalled Verifications
Dont bother. When you win they take ages to verify you. It’s going on almost 1 week and still havent been verified. It’s completely sickening honestly. Super disappointed
EDIT: Was finally verified today only after this review. The time it took to get me verified is completely unacceptable for any sweeps site. It’s actually even worse because I’m a huge fan of this family of casinos and am a huge customer on their 5-6 other platforms. Really disappointed in my experience here. No way should it take that long for a verification.
