Opened my package and cut my hand on what was a broken perfume bottle which was meant to be a present for my son’s birthday. I contacted them via email, and they were shocking with their response times, only offering to send a replacement once they had received the broken bottle (I already sent them pictures of the broken perfume bottle). They then promised to provide a return label which they still haven’t done, and I have to chase for. Avoid this distributor and just wait for Reef’s official store in Oxford Street to open.

Really pleasant experience purchasing from the reefperfumes.co.uk website. It arrived within a day which I was kindly surprised by. I also had to reach out and enquire with the customer services and found them to be very helpful and responsive too. Definitely would recommend this to friends and family and will be purchasing in the future.

Honestly really impressed with Reef. The fragrances smell amazing and feel very premium without being overpriced. The packaging is clean and elegant as well, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the brand.

Delivery was smooth and the overall experience was straightforward. It’s refreshing to find a fragrance brand that actually delivers on quality.

Will definitely be ordering again.
