Reeds Rains Reviews 

Do not use Reeds Rains (LSL Group). They left our property in a mess (£90,000's worth). & just shrug their shoulders.

I have now dealt with Karis & Luke at Reeds Rain twice in the last 3 years, & found them to be excellent in the purchase & sale of my house. Kept updated with the whole process as it progressed. I would like to extend my gratitude for all the help they have given me, so many thanks, hopefully use them again in the near future. Keep up the great work you are doing. Thank you.

Great service, accurate data

AVOID!!! Awful experience from start to finish with this company. After being left on hold for 10 minutes on my initial call with them I was then booked in after hanging up and calling again to speak to a different person. The viewing was confirmed on the phone and via email to be with Olivia from Reeds Rains.

I drove 3 hours - 160 miles to attend the viewing which was then cancelled 10 minutes before it was supposed to take place by a voicemail. The reason give was that the tenant was at home on an important teams call and couldn't facilitate showing me around....this contradicted the appointment detail I was given in writing and on the phone that I was due to meet Olivia from Reeds Rains and the property was not tenanted!!!!

The reason given was also a complete lie, I was on the drive of the property at the time and had been outside the house on a works call for the previous 2 hours which was in complete darkness, no cars on the drive. I knocked the door twice and no movement in the property, at this point a neighbour came out of their home and told me there was no one home.

I received no apology from the company for my wasted 320 mile drive. As a business they are so amateurish and dishonest its embarrassing.

Very helpful staff who provide good service

I had a bad experience previously selling our house and explained what had happened Alex baird reasured me that he would help with everything i had told him i needed and he did the job perfectly from start to finish even the silly questions i might of asked and helped me with lots of the form filling and emailing as im not very technical . I would very much recommend 👌

All the staff are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing seems a bother to them.. They make sure you understand everything before leaving the estate agents.

All the staff that I spoke to were unfailingly polite, efficient and helpful. As the first person from Reeds Rains whom I met face to face, Miles Tarbox was an excellent representative for the company. His valuation of the property was accurate and although rather lower than I needed, Miles showed great sensitivity in managing my expectations and the difficult situation I found myself in of having to sell the family home to pay care fees, and needing to do so very quickly. The sales particulars, photographs, etc were produced quickly and to a high standard. I received regular updates by phone and email and felt very well informed about the progress of my sale throughout. I am so pleased that I chose Reeds Rains over other local agencies and would happily recommend them to other vendors.

Great team, all done with the minimum of fuss kept fully informed.
