Dog friendly store with friendly, knowledgeable staff

This store surely has the friendliest staff in the whole of the UK. They all said hello or had a chat, and seemed very happy in their work.
The shop is a lot bigger than I realised as it goes back quite far, and there's lots of stock to choose from.
There's a café and I can testify that the cakes are delicious! Again, super friendly staff.
The whole store is dog friendly and there's even a dog friendly area in the café.
