The experience is so terrible compared to what is used to be. Your prices were competitive and the discount codes were alway exciting. Now, your prices are so inflated and discount codes are not applicable on anything and so it’s just not even worth looking on reebonz for products because everything available on your app or site can be found everywhere else for better prices. Terrible and disappointing

I bought an OAD New York wallet on sale and it’s same price as Shopbop’s sale price. Delivery was fast and I got the wallet in good condition. The wallet costs only SGD$170. I don’t understand why people want to buy a few thousand dollars bag online, it’s just too much emotions involved for an online purchase, not wise. Would rather wait to travel to Europe and touch and feel if I want to own an expensive bag.

My item went on sale 1 day later and staff weren’t helpful or accommodating

I’ve been a customer for years and am a solitaire member. I don’t usually have any issues but my most recent purchase was terrible. They addressed the parcel to the wrong name and so it got lost in my office mail room. When I couldn’t locate it, their Australian contact number does not work so I had to chat to their support team via WhatsApp. That support person tried to insinuate that it was my own fault for the incorrect labeling when it was clearly an error on their end since I had ordered countless times with the correct address and correct name.

I’m just very disappointed that they could handle their own error so poorly, also cussing me to receive my package later as I needed to go track it down myself.

For the first time ever, I returned an item to them purely because of their poor service and they’ve lost a previously loyal customer.

My first time to purchase but i feel i was cheated. After paying for the purchase you would tell that item is not in stock and refund will be processed in 14 business days!!!

Seriously. You deserve the score of 1 unacceptable experience unreasonable and rude conduct.
