Unsatisfied because they wont accept my returns when everything was still there. I’ve just taken the tag by mistake, but the tag was still there. It’s just a matter of one day when I informed that I have to return it.

happy but....
I received my handbag quickly and in the condition advised on the description but I didn’t receive its certificate as the description said I would. By the time I realised, I had already cut the tag off and it was too late to return.

Not authentic goods
Fake mulberry bag. Lock was wrong shape, wrong keyhole, uneven print of the logo. Pocket was wrong, metal feet did not have extra square of leather that real products have. Brass plate in front also had uneven print of logo and some leaves were touching. Easy to refund. Email to say that they would like to address my concerns but my concerns were 'addressed' with a template email insisting that their goods are all authentic instead of addressing specific points I brought up.

Questionable products
F/U from past review....So I received my bag Dec 2nd after ordering 11/12/19. Bag came dusty I don’t know if it’s because it’s patent leather but very dusty. I searched high and low and that YSL bag had NO SERIAL NUMBER PRESENT. Major fail !!!!! I IMMEDIATELY requested a refund. Buy at your own risk. Check your products people. All YSL bags come with a serial number stamped into the leather!!! And of course the company didn’t respond because I have emails of this whole process and my complaints the whole way due to lengthy shipping times.

Unhappy customer
After several messages back and forth with the vendor to confirm the specifics of the product I went ahead and purchased. My credit card was charged. 24 hours later I received a message saying there was no stock and my card would be refunded in 14 days.
Surely the vendor could have checked the availability of the product during our conversations. This was a very disappointing experience & the refund time of 14 days is ridiculous.

Excellent preloved item
The shipping took a little longer than expected due to item being shipped to their Singapore office for inspection + packing. Fair enough and it's reassuring for customers. The preloved bag was in excellent condition, almost brand new!

Crooked company!!! BEWARE
Shared my concerns about the authenticity of the bag I had ordered with customer service, and all they did was continually copy and paste a reply of a written spiel about how all their products are authentic. It was a genuine concern and I sought to at least see their authentication report to give me peace of mind.
Customer service took a long time to respond to each query, a day apart each time , and each reply just contained the copy and pasted spiel.
Furthermore I suggested that I would most definitely report them to relevant consumer authorities had the product been deemed counterfeit, and their response was essentially that I had to be sent on a wild goose chase in order to “prove” that, by having an authentication expert from the designer house (how would I get this?) support my dispute claim. They went on to say the bag is 2 weeks past the return date and they will not be accepting the return regardless of circumstance, even in the case of inauthenticity.
I’ve ordered from Reebonz before but never had cause for suspicion until now. But seeing how they unprofessionally dealt with this plea and seeing their apparent lack of concern for a repeat customer like myself... I can confidently say I will never return for another purchase.
I am completely mind-boggled that this company run by crooks for staff can continue running!
If they truly stood by their claim all products are authentic, they should be as concerned as I am that something counterfeit could have slipped into their system. The fact that they hurriedly chose to express that they won’t accept any returns, unless I get an expert opinion from the designer house, that’s near impossible to get, tells me that they’ve formed a crooked business policy of covering their asses should they be found selling any counterfeit items. It’s basically impossible to prove that they did and they could not care less about making their customers feel comfortable by initiating a return.
This is just beyond me. I have no words.

Unresponsive customer service
I asked 2 questions about the purchase, and received a response saying “we will get back to you”. 2 days later I receive another email saying that the question will be closed automatically after 2 days. Neither question was ever answered. That being said I received my purchase and it was as described.
