Breach of consignment / payment terms
I've 2 items consigned and sold with reebonz singapore in June.
To date I've yet to receive payment. They have been silent on the whatsapp and email front refusing to reply.
According to other reviewers, it seems that case does not handle such cases. Can anyone suggest which avenue can I seek recourse with?
Also, who in Straits Times can I approach on this issue?

I would give it a 0 star if I could. Similar experience with everyone here, consigned a few items 155594 and 152729 and they owe me payment for more than 100 days. They are not responsive and will lodge a police report if I do not hear back by end of the month.

2 consigned items sold yet money still owing for more than 100 days now.
I have two items sold with Reebonz White Glove, one was on 28-March-2021, another one was on 04-April-2021, #158084 and #158085 respectively.
Despite sending numerous emails and WhatsApp messages (started in May when the 20 Business Days period was over and nothing received) to them asking for the payouts, I too, like everyone else here, received templated replies that Reebonz will expedite to their Finance team and the payouts are released in batches. It's been 3 to 4 months since and still no money received. The last WhatsApp message and email sent to them last week, I didn't even get any response on either platforms.
I've since filed a report with CASE Singapore. Whatever cash flow problems Reebonz is experiencing, this is not something that consumers should bear. We consigned items for Reebonz to sell on our behalf and a cut is taken out of the items sold as well. It's not like the company do not earn a cent from the transactions. I expect to get my money, every single cent of it promised and agreed when the deals were sealed, and at the soonest because it's been owed long enough.
If Reebonz still fail to transfer me the money that's been owed for more than 100 days now, I'm bringing this to the Police.

Unfortunately CASE Singapore is unable to handle reseller issues, I've since filed a police report and also written to the Singapore Press!

I have an extremely bad experience with Reebonz. My bag was sold on 6/5/2021 (6 May) case number 210506-000002 and the payment was supposed to be within 20 business days.
After many chasers, there is no payment made. Not to mention that Reebonz has been ignoring my emails on visibility for payment now.

I wish I could give ZERO star! I bought a Prada City Calf shopping bag in 2015. That was the first time I shopped online with Reebonz so I had no experience with this company and I wished I have read their reviews here. Two days ago, I put the Prada bag at eBay for sale. eBay took off my ads overnight - the reason is the Prada is a COUNTERFEIT. In another word, Reebonz sold me a FAKE Prada which I paid nearly AU$2000 for it. No wonder I found that the card description didn't match the bag when I prepared the sale on eBay. Now I can't sell the bag as it worth nothing. Reebonz is a fraud!

I purchased a bag ($2800) on 23 April and received it on 27 April. Thereafter returned it on 30 April and received an email on 06 May stating the refund is being processed and will take up to 30days. It has been more than 9 weeks and no refund (single cent) at all to me. When I followed up with them on the refund, they give us the same reply " either will get finance dept to expedite or system upgrading " and no single apology from them.
Finally today I made a police report. Shall see when they going to refund my money.

Like the others before, Reebonz has remained mum on the money owed to me since May. I put up 3 items for consignment and things did not go well. They first claimed IT upgrade problems, but now on my account dashboard, it's been "pending payment" for months. DO NOT BUY OR SELL without reading our plaintive comments. There seems to be no outlet for our complaints so I'm next heading to the Singapore press where hopefully someone can investigate. Their NASDAQ woes aside, it's just really pathetic business ethics. Just come clean on your cashflow issues, will you not? Overall, kudos do their PR and crisis management team for keeping them 'clean' and off news portals. Well, at least someone is raking in some money and it's obviously not us, the little consignee with the little voice. White Glove #15WXYZ.
10 Jul: Contacted local newspapers to ask that they investigate this fraud. Will pursue a police report against Reebonz next.
12 Jul: Yup, as per Reebonz's comment after this review was published, they indeed 'contacted' me via email, but, sure enough, it was an insincere template response. Do better than that, Reebonz!
13 Jul: Happy to inform fellow frustrated Reebonz customers that the SG press has responded! I have given them my version of events. Please do reach out to them with a similar cautionary description of the facts so that they can (hopefully) file their story. Part of me is wondering how much longer Reebonz can afford to ignore us once-loyal customers. Just do the right thing and pay us what you owe us. To think that I once spent a 5-figure sum over a year at Reebonz. Disgusting. Let our little voices rise today.
19 Aug: Finally! Resolution! Reebonz deposited what they've owed me into my bank account. Took them 3 months and a bit.
24 & 25 Aug: ChannelNewaAsia, Today and Mothership run articles on the complaints made by both buyers, and sellers, against "luxury marketplace Reebonz". When interviewed, Reebonz pathetically blames Covid and their Finance Dept (again) for falling behind. As if. The gall. And my sympathies to all finance folk out there for being the fall guy. It's Lim, Lim and Han that need to come clean on what is indeed happening with the business. No doxxing, please. We are better than them, and that.
All the best to the rest. If it is indeed true that the once-hallowed Reebonz building - now a desolate shell, by online accounts - has a writ of summons plastered on its glass doors (as reported by someone else posting here on Trustpilot), then I'd suggest making a police report. Fingers crossed, if it perchance ever does wind up, you might have course of action as a creditor.

WHERE MY REFUND???
I returned a bag in April and received an email on 19 April stating the refund is being processed and will show up in bank account within 30days. It’s been almost 3 months and still not a single cent has been returned to me. Everytime I emailed their customer service it’s always the same reply, “I will get the finance department to expedite.” Just like how they reply to reviews here, always the same message. I just went and looked through their website. So few items on sale. Makes me worry that they are going to close down soon and I’ll never get my money back. It’s been a horrifying and stressful experience. I really hope they give us back our money soon.

Received notification my item was sold on 15 April 2021 and should expect payment within 20 working days. Based on previous experiences, I know their payment will never take 20 working days to receive so I contacted their Concierge team again via WhatsApp on 18 May 2021 to check on payment status. As expected, they gave the usual delay tactic "working closely with our Finance team, etc. etc. and processing your payment is on the top priority processing queue..."
25 May 2021: Asked them again for update on my payment. They claimed payment is 'already scheduled to wire into my bank account on 4 Jun 2021'
9 June 2021: Still no payment from Reebonz. Contacted them and received another delay tactic message.
14 June 2021: Again no payment and 'assured' me they have sent another urgent strong reminder to the team"
16 June 2021: Claimed their Finance team advise they will clear it next week, 25 June.
25 June 2021: Replied they are coordinating this payment and requested to expedite. Will update soon it gets completed.
29 June 2021: "We have already reconfirmed and received FIRM confirmation from our Finance that payment is already scheduled to wire to your bank account on 2 July 2021. Claimed they have OVERWHELMING bulk payments (what does that mean?? Reebonz owe too many outgoing payments to customers?)
4 July 2021: Until now no notification from Reebonz that payment has been transferred.

Deplorable Business Ethics - Empty promises for White Glove Case #158910
I sold an inexpensive pair of Hermes sandals and was informed on 9 April 2021 that I will receive a credit to my bank account in 20 business days. Despite numerous standard replies from your concierge team that they are looking into my request and ‘expediting’ payment chasers for me, it has been futile and no amounts credited.
If your organization is encountering cash flow issues, please come clean with me and I an more than glad to donate this meager amount to you.
Please do not over promise your 20 day payment timeline and under-deliver.
Do not give me your template replies. Return me my promised amount OR simply tell me you have cash flow issues and unable to pay me. Thank you

Suspect business method where they charge your credit card for something that they don't have stock or don't intend to fulfill. And then, they take more than 30 days to try to refund to you as they are constantly "upgrading" their system or having system issues. Basically, taking innocent consumers monies to fund their operations. Scam!

Terrible experience - not sure whether I'll get paid
Reebonz notified me that two bags had been sold 21 & 28 April and that payment will be made within 20 business days. It is now mid-June and I have not heard from Reebonz. The firm has disconnected their landline, and I have not received any response to my emails nor texts. I still have three items waiting to be sold with Reebonz but after reading all the reviews here I'm not sure whether I'll ever receive payment for the items already sold or ever see the items that are still on sale. This has been an awful experience and I will never use Reebonz again.
I am owed for Saint Laurent and Givenchy bags sold as case 158962 and 158961.

I have similar bad experience with Reebonz Singapore. My bag was sold (#156484) and after 20 days, payment is still not made. When I contacted them, it was the same standard email that their Finance department is still processing it. This is against what they published in the FAQ that payment "WILL" be made within 20 business days. I WILL make a police report as reading from the reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this which makes this a scam. Definitely don't want more people to fall for it.
1Jul2021: After their initial reply to my post above, several emails to them have been ignored. It has been another month. They left me with no other option but to report them to the police. It is alarming to see how many people have the same experience. The whole thing does look like a scheme to cheat both buyers and sellers like us.
8Jul2021: After an agonizing wait and tons of frustrations, I was finally paid by Reebonz yesterday. Hope others will get their money back soon. I will never deal with Reebonz again after this very bad experience; which has been confirmed by others that it is not an isolated incident.

It has been more than 45 days and I’m still waiting for my order no. 11157778 to be refunded. In spite of numerous email chaser and phone calls made to Reebonz, I only get the standard template answer that their lousy finance department is looking into the refund. And it has been noted that since 4-June-2021, Reebonz has even disactivated their hotline and instructing callers to email instead. Well done Reebonz! Your “wonderful legacies” will be there for many years to come and will served as reminders to other consumers not to trust in you ever again!

I bought my Alexander Wang bag a few years back, the bottom was scratched. I don't think the bag is fake or anything but it's defin an used item.
And after about a year or two later they sent me a message saying I could get $800 credit if I send the current back. I did send back the bag and they gave me $800 credit, but I know the condition of the bag is pretty bad.. It just got me thinking what they're going to do with the bag...
