Is this business going bankrupt?. Taking money without honoring the contract suggests they are short of cash to pay the bills for day to day operations. A company with no cash flow cannot operate in the short,medium or long term. Personally I managed to get my money back from failed delivery but it took a lot of work. Shame as they have knocked out some decent running shoe products for the last 3-4 years. Maybe the low price model has not paid off and it might be wise to go elsewhere from this point forward (for running shoes at least). Hopefully it will be sorted but reading some of the reviews on this platform I suspect not.
There is no UK shop when buying online. Everything ships from a warehouse in the EU rather than the UK. This makes shipping and returning very annoying. Not sure why a company of this size can’t ship direct from the UK (well it’s probably a cost cutting exercise - at the customers expense)
Shocking customer service. Never answer the phone. Or email. Or Facebook messenger, Instagram or Twitter…! Trying to complete a return but wasn’t able to on website. When I finally get to speak to someone after trying for almost a week I’m outside returns window so now they say I can’t return over £200 of unwanted items.
Really disappointed. Website shows items "in stock" which are not in stock. Order cancelled with no reason given. Very poor customer service.
So unbelievably bad. Attempted to make order via website. Website crashed. Resubmitted order. Was sent two, charged for two, but with no order code or returns information for the duplicate. I have no way of reliably returning to their new warehouse in the Netherlands without this information or label. Contacted them about 6 times. No reply. No way of speaking to anyone. Absolutely awful. Still not resolved.

I have purchased a pair of trainers 3 times, one time they refunded straight away, another time I waited a week before having to contact them and the final straw was then emailing me saying they are in stock and then telling me a few days later that again my order has been cancelled
Order placed in good faith, to be honest I didn't even bother looking at reviews as Reebok is such a well known and trusted brand. However! 2 weeks later still no sign of trainers even though money taken, managed to speak to someone after I gave up on chatbot, was promised update and "really sorry we are having issues with our warehouse at the moment due to demand" Not acceptable Reebok, requested escalation and refund so will see if that happens. AVOID is my warning to all.
Reebok are a joke. Signed up to take advantage of the 20% discount only to find it doesn't actually work.
So i then decided to try the chat feature on the Reebok website and I was left waiting and waiting for quite sometimes to speak to someone but no one responded.
It was a complete waste of my time and energy, unless they can help me out soon then I'll never purchase anything from them again ever!

Terrible. Ordered some trainers and got and update from UPS a week later to say the package was damaged and the shoes were missing!
I emailed reebok customer service but never heard anything back. Plus the phone number listed on their site does not even work!
Placed an order a week ago, says once the order is confirmed, it will be processed and sent within 3 working days. It's been 5 days, they took my money on the day (so assume this is confirmation) and not heard anything. Emailed twice and not had a response. Shocking customer service - even worried they are not a legit site.
Ordered trainers on 10/8 and have had no communication since. I have tried email, chat, and FB messenger. Complete shambles. I have bought direct from Reebok for years - won't be continuing to do so. Seriously what is happening to this once reputable brand.

Dreadful customer service - didn’t receive my order after 2 weeks. Not even showing as shipped. No one replies to message me or emails, Didn’t even get a confirmation email depsite payment being taken. Finally managed to get hold of someone on the phone . Still no confirmation email. Would not use again under any circumstances! I’m out of pocket for my order yet no trainers. For such a reputable company I’m quite frankly shocked ….
This might be the worst company I’ve ever bought from, I have bought a hoodie and then got no confirmation email. It’s in preparing for delivery for like 2 and a half weeks now and not gotten anything from them, I’ve also gotten a refund due to another order which was cancelled cause the hoodie was out of stock but still dragged money from my account. And have waited for that money for 3 weeks now. What is going on this is actually f ridiculous will never buy from this company ever again. What a shame since they have nice things!
I wish i had seen all the reviews before I placed my order. Money was taken 10 days ago and still no update on when I can expect delivery. Also there is no response from Reebok to any of my enquiries.

This company is a shambles. Ordered trainers 2 1/2 weeks ago. Received payment confirmation day of purchase. The email accompanying said I would receive a follow-up email regarding postage - this still has not come. The shoes have been 'preparing to ship' for 2 weeks now.
Customer service is non-existent. I'm based in the UK and have tried multiple sources to get any form of contact - no response.
If you're going to buy Reebok shoes do it through a JD/Schuh or something as direct is useless!!
Crap crap crap and more crap. The most useless organisation in the world. Useless’Customer Service’. Pointless calling them since they seem to be as helpful as a gnat. Gnats have a singe brain cell though.
