Hands down the worst customer service. Honestly, if you actually want to receive the item you order DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK. They outsource their customer service so the people who are dealing with issues don't actually work for Reebok or give a Cr*p about it.
My order status on the site showed my item was being packed for 6 days. Chasing this up with their online chat I was told the item was out of stock. How you can pack something that you don't actually have is beyond me. I then chased it up again and was told my item was in stock and would be received in 2 days. That didn't happen and status still showing as packing I contacted them again. This time I was told the item was coming from overseas hence the delay but they refused to tell me if it was coming to me from overseas or to them. They just kept telling me it's ok and not to worry, well I AM worried as this was supposed to be a Christmas present. Also how can they blame logistics when my item isn't even in transit, it's still "being packed". Allegedly. Anyway I contacted them again on a different platform and got told yet another story. Each person I spoke with told me a completely different excuse as to why my order was delayed yet none could give me an estimated time frame. One even told me it's because that shoe is popular?!? In an adult size 13? Really?
I spoke with 7 different people at "Reebok" and every one made up a different story. The only continuity was that they were rude, unhelpful and kept cutting the conversation without answering any of my questions. With still no clue as to when I'm likely to receive my goods and with only 2 days to Christmas I have now cancelled my order. It's safe to say I will be sticking with Nike in the future.
Ordered trainers 19/11/22. Still have not received them and it’s now 18/12/22. These were meant to be a Christmas present. I have not received any email updates and now if I order a present somewhere else it won’t come in time. Reebok quite happily take the money but then the shoes go out of stock and they provide no explanation. Spoke to a ‘creator’ over the phone and they couldn’t care less. I asked what I am suppose to do any they had no suggestions. Now I expect I will be waiting another 4 weeks for the money to be refunded. SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK even if the trainers seem cheap. Will never make the same mistake again.
I ordered a size 4 and got a 12! Completely wrong shoe. I contacted customer service who say I have to return it myself, which is unfair as it's not my fault they delivered the wrong thing. The shoes I ordered are now sold out. I said I would order the same shoes in a different colour, and they offered me a discount for a future order but not this one as the shoes are already on sale. So no compensation for having to go out of my way to repackage and return their mistake.
Ordered iverson x Panini collab and when opening the box, blank space where the cards should be. Someone from reebok warehouse stealing from paying customers. Won’t be ordering from reebok ever again. Very disappointed
I have been a regular customer of Reebook and recently had issues with items bought 4 months ago. I am constantly buying online but haven't seen more helpful and efficient service by any other shop. After I explained the issue they straight away suggested either to chose something else or to return them. 4 months after purchase and without asking any questions! Although I am gutted to return the items as I liked them a lot, I was thrilled how helpful they were and as a customer felt really looked after.
Absolutely useless I'm still getting delivery report DPD telling me parcel well be delivered on the 22nd of November it's now Friday 25th I've contacted you guys and you're telling me to wait to see what happens after today I could get refund

I used the customer service chat on the website and Deepika was very helpful. Help was quick and effective even after the chat lost connection, follow up emails were sent. The last trainers I bought from Reebok have served me very well and this experience will definitely mean I’ll be ordering again in future. I’m looking forward to receiving my new pair next week!
Purchased my first pair of Reeboks last week. Received an email saying delivery is going to be delayed. Three hours later received an email saying they are cancelling my order and I will be refunded in 14 days. Why sell items you do not have enough stock of? I missed out on another pair of trainers which were on offer because I decided to try Reebok for the first time. I really should have look at trust pilot first, all the horrendous reviews and Reebok customer service clearly cannot be asked to even reply back to any of them. Will never buy Reebok after this bad experience.
GOD DAMN USELESS. Ordered Saturday took my money. Sunday cancelled order. Then decided to keep my money for a week before returning it. Something fishy about Reebok just want your money. Wish I had read reviews first won't bother with them anymore. Also will never bother buying there products anymore. We the customers need to stand up to these giants. Just don't buy from them. I wish I had checked TrustPilot before ordering. I ordered a pair of trainers in the sale on 24th September 2022. They were expected within a few days. After 5 days of status "We're Packing Your Order" it was plainly obvious something was wrong. I contacted an agent on 30th September who told me the order would be with me next day 1st October. Not happening. 3 days later and still no movement. I get a second email telling me of new expected date. Pointless. Email has no date and like the previous one a week ago says ParcelForce In Transit. I'm guessing if it was in transit I would have a Tracking number. Nope. I then contact a second agent more useless than the first (yes it is actually possible). That agent tells me that the item I ordered was out of stock and rather than cancel the order they were trying to ship from overseas to save me disappointment! Why don't you save everyone disappointment by reading your TrustPilot reviews and just go out of business. That would make a lot of disappointed customers happy and save any future customers from the disappointment. I have cancelled my order.
Ordered a pair of trainers in the sale with the intention of taking them on holiday. Arrived in really good time (within 48 hours) which was a plus but things went downhill after that. I received the correct trainer box but when I opened it, there was a completely different pair of trainers inside which weren't even in my size. Somebody obviously hadn't checked this before dispatch. I called the contact centre which was a London number but I expect it went to an overseas call centre. The phone agent sounded completely uninterested in my issue and, after several minutes of mumbling to himself, he told me that he couldn't help me as my trainers were out of stock. Terrible service, will not be using again.

Ordered some Nano X2 shoes, they were a bit roomy on the toes - so exchanged them for what will hopefully be the right size...
... apparently 3 weeks is normal for an exchange (it's been well over a week since the warehouse received them I've they've still not "processed" them).
Never again. Sincerely regretting the whole concept of buying shoes online.
First order received - one shoe was bigger than the other despite both showing the same size on the tongue. Customer service via WhatsApp did nothing in the way of trying to help or compensate me and I had to repeat myself multiple times. 30% off was offered as a resolution which is less than what I got off the first time. So I ordered 9.5 again…these shoes were enormous. I ordered again but a size down (9)…I received a 9.5 in the wrong colour. What’s worse is the second and third orders that should be the same size were different (I believe the second order was defective too). Customer service was better at this point, but still refused to compensate me despite the repeated issues. I have never known so many items to be defective and for a company to get it wrong so often while doing absolutely nothing in the way of creating a solution. Absolute disgrace.

I have to say that after reading a lot of these reviews I was worried.
However my experience has been perfectly OK. They delivered the next day, the size I ordered, without any problem.
When ordering, Reebok gave an expected delivery date. As I needed the item quickly I ordered the item. However it turns out that the expected delivery date is just an estimate and I wouldn’t be getting the order until 4 days after the estimate a week after the order. This just isn’t acceptable. Why give an expected delivery date when you know there is no way you can hit it. It’s now 5 days after my order was placed and the item is still not even out for delivery. Customer service was also pretty bad. Reebok offers a WhatsApp messaging service for a quick response. Don’t bother with that after my initial message I got a response 6 hours later asking me to confirm who I was and then nothing after that. I finally got answers from live chat after several attempts and several disconnects. I was given little help and was just told to return the item and I’d get a refund a good number of days after they receive the item back. The item hasn’t been sent at this point so why I couldn’t cancel was beyond me. I was however given a link by the customer service agent that I could cancel within 15 minutes of placing the order even though they knew it had already been 5 days since placing the order. I was then offered 15% off my next order. Safe to say it was a thanks but no thanks as there is no way I’ll be ordering from Reebok again.
Worst company I have ever used for trainers. Ordered lots of trainers though out my life never had a problem with any another company.
Reebok let you buy there shoes and don't have stock of them. Take your money then cancel your order. This happen. On both shoes I brought from them. I will never use this company again.
