Ordered an iPhone 13 in excellent condition and was not aware that the battery life was at 80% until I got the invoice and then when I got the phone the battery health was actually at 79%. I want to return the phone but there is no way to get in contact with them. I am unable to log onto my account as it says I’m in the system but I cannot get sent any sort of password reset or codes… Nothing is showing up. It doesn’t look like there’s any other way to contact the company. Not happy at all it was a mistake buying directly through this company.

Fast delivery, came with case and screen protecter, however the charging cable was on its own with no plug. Not a big problem though.

The product, a Samsung S21 FE was in excellent shape, and seems to work well at this point, 2nd day. My only issue was with shipping, which took 9 days. Turns out that it was UPS Express-Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which is not bad in its own right, but I was not aware of who the shipper was, and it seemed to take longer than I had expected, without any updates available, till it was virtually here. Otherwise, happy with the product and price.

Hi my experience was great transaction was seamless and quick which was great price was fare the laptop arrived and on first inspection appears to be in good condition a couple of things that I would suggest 1. I wasn’t aware that the computer would be coming in from Australia which made me nervous for two reasons it hadn’t been stated that that would be happening at least I hadn’t seen it written anywhere in the advertisement as a first time buyer I was dubious if it would arrive and then I wasn’t happy when I got a email from DHL customs stating I would be required to be paying import taxes which I wasn’t ready for being I thought I was purchasing the laptop from NZ once I begrudgingly entered into the process the taxes were cheap at $2.40 or something which was fine but the problem was I didn’t know this was coming would’ve been nice to have a heads up on this. Customers or at lest myself prefer not to have hurdles pop up in the process secondly I’m not sure if customs had opened it or what I just think the computer in the box was quite dirty finger prints and dust all over it a detailed cleaning process then getting wrapped in clean film or something would be a nice touch to your supply process other than that fairly simple pain free experience. For these reasons I will dock a star
