As an experienced commercial mortgage broker I was looking for a lender who could take on a tricky case. The whole Redwood team from sales through Underwriting completion worked really well to help make the clients application successful. A great lender to work with.

The process was very professional in personal way. James Egerton was very experienced and explained things to us in a way that made us feel comfortable throughout.

Opening an account was so easy and straightforward, the online application form is much less onerous than other banks I've dealt with. I'm the treasurer for a church and they just had a query on our trustees' details but once that was resolved the account was opened.

The Redwood Bank team were brilliant… Efficient throughout the experiences of financing a newly developed portfolio and commercial property equity release. Big shout out to Mark, he was very transparent and responsive from the get go, best firm I’ve dealt with in my property journey. WOW! Speechless to be honest. I just completed re-finacing with Redwood. It was a complex case over a few assets and Redwood was amazing, the solicitors they have on panel were totally knowledgeable, worked so swiftly and the professionalism was awesome. Ive been transacting for past 8-10 years and have had many issues with either solicitors or lenders, but on this occasion it was a real good experience, makes me want to re-finance my whole portfolio 😊

I would like to thank Oge for her excellent support on a call today. It was a pleasure to speak to Oge and fix all of the admin issues I had such as updating my email and home address. Everything was done quickly and over the phone, plus an email of a statement I had lost. That came within the hour. Compared to the same task I had to do with one of the High Street brands, this was a great result.
