I have 2 servers with them since 6 months now. I wanted full access and they are the only hosts that give full vps for minecraft servers. I want to tweak, modify my server and these guys fit the bill. The server itself is pretty good, decent specs and I had no lag etc. Customer support can sometimes be time taking, but you cannot have a managed service for 20 dollars and expect super fast responses.
These guys are either frauds or incompetent. Either way, don't waste your time or money.
Right, I signed up for a Redstone hosting package some years ago as a present for my son.
It was horrible. It was confusing to set up & use, and their support was just crap. We canceled it after a couple of months.
Somehow our cancellation didn't register with them or their billing department. I finally had to go through my credit card to prevent them from billing me even after repeated attempts to contact them. (unsuccessful)
I wouldn't even bother to write this review except that TWO YEARS LATER THEY KEEP SPAMMING ME!! The pr*cks.
Not only do they not have an unsubscribe feature, they have NO published contact information.

I hosted my 16 slot server here, and it was terrible. The customer support was slow, and my server was part of a full 3 day node outage, which was unacceptable.
My server crashed constantly, even though it was just a small Bukkit server with very few plugins. Overall, not a good hosting provider.
