I was waiting for a part to be fitted, rang and left a message asking when I could expect the job to be completed, and to my surprise Jack turned up in under twenty minutes with the new part, and then fitted it. I couldn't have been more impressed. Speedy service, a friendly smile, and efficiency in completing the job. And all at a very reasonable cost.

Brilliant company, fair pricing and very quick to do the job. Great workmanship and everyone is really polite, tidy and helpful. SPOT ON. This is the 4th time we have used them. Thank you

Today I called red squirrel and spoke with Jack! Explained my situation and emergency and he sent someone round within the hour! Luckily wasn’t a big job but the lad was so efficient, fixed my issue and can’t rate this company enough! Thanks again! 5 stars from me!

We recently found our boiler was leaking, we discovered this at 5pm in the evening as everyone was closing for the evening. We called our insurers and they said we weren’t covered, they could put us in touch with some who could come out in 24-48 hours, this was not useful when water was coming into the dining room from the boiler above.

We had seen Red Squirrel recommended on Facebook so called them. Jack answered and was immediately calm, reassuring and understanding he took our details and agreed to be us within the hour - which he was.

On arrival he removed his shoes, took a look at the water coming in and then assessed the boiler. We agreed it needed to be replaced, he was able to reassure us this would be straight forward. He talked us through the various options and price points and we agreed something suitable for us. He was very polite, knowledgable, friendly and able to provide reassurance.

He was back the next day with the replacement boiler which was fitted quickly, he worked in a tidy and considerate manner. During this process Jack also identified a gas leak in our kitchen that we had been unaware of, he isolated the leak and arranged to come back and fix it within a few days. We really appreciated this service, Jack fitted us in at short notice and around other customers to ensure all our needs were met as quickly as possible.

He was clear with his pricing and timelines, he talked us through the documentation, he did exactly what we had agreed and inspired confidence and calm during what is for any homeowner a stressful situation.

We have asked for a quote for some further plumbing work and can’t recommend Red Squirrel highly enough.
