I had a great experience with Redodo. I purchased 3 batteries, and unfortunately UPS lost the shipment. Even though the issue was with the carrier, Redodo stepped up and handled the situation professionally. After the case was reviewed, they sent me a brand new replacement set of batteries. Their customer service was responsive, fair, and truly stood behind their product. This kind of support is hard to find these days. I really appreciate how Redodo took care of the problem and made things right. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Everything perfectly in order
All good.
Had problems with delivery. Ordered a battery from Germany to a Portuguese friend. First delivery was smooth with GLS. Second delivery with DPD didn't arrive, because of a "wrong" address. The address was 100% correct and the friend of mine was at home all day. I will rate DPD, too. Redodo Service was really helpful and communicated with DPD on their own.
The quality of the battery, 100Ah suitable for campers with bluetooth and bms, is good. The batteries differ in capacity though.
Minor issues: The first one had 103,5 Ah, the second has 101 Ah, if the app the capacity in the app is correct.
Sometimes the app not being able to connect.
Despite the minor issues, the overall feel of the product is high quality. I recoommend it.

Poor quality products
I bought this battery in the off season to use in my small popup camper. There is a 60w fridge and a small mag drive pump that runs maybe 3 minutes per day. Overall, very minimal current draw per day. I ended up buying a second battery so I could compare the performance of the two after the first battery would not retain a charge for more than a few hours. Even if I unhooked the battery and removed it from all chances of load, the battery drops to an unusable voltage within 5 hours. Clearly this battery is defective as I have one to compare it to. The new battery has no such issues. I asked Redodo customer service to return them both as I am so discouraged with Lithium after trying this defective battery. Their customer service is slow and really offers nothing but an endless flow of questions. I am almost 65 and every time I want to change the battery in my trailer or return a battery, I have to take it to a service center as I no longer have the physical ability to lift these heavy batteries. I have horrible remorse from spending almost $800 in batteries to learn all Redodo wants is your money. I will be returning the second battery to Amazon and throwing the original battery in the garbage having only the understanding that I will never purchase again from Redodo and will certainly never recommend their products to anyone.
This is a buyer beware company that is pushing cut rate products. Stick with better known North American brands.
