Terrible people to deal with. Constant lies, stalling and unwilling to own up to their own failings. Must untrustworthy company I’ve ever dealt with. Crook by name crook by nature.

Worst experience ever. This company did not complete the works to the regulations and standards. They do not respond to calls after taking the full payment. It has taking me over a year to come to decision to take legal actions due to being very rude and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs. They will take your money and never come back.

On the onset the wife of Nathan, Corrinne Crook would repeatedly message to chase for our business. Once we signed up the correspondence became vague. They said the gate was powder coated and wouldn't rust with a 2 year warranty but it rusted in a year, it is not galvanised probably nit powder coated. The gate they have supplied is someone elses order that has been joint together to make one gate. The list goes on and on. Then the excuses started they couldn't attend for whatever reason, then Corinne would pretend she couldn't hear me put the phone down and then no matter how many times i called didn't answer. The gate has rusted in 1 year, but we can't get them to come to resolve the issues with the rust, they just fob you off. I would never recommend them, and wished i hadn't used them. Just appalling people's morals and ethics. Disgusting!!!!

We contracted Red Metal Works Ltd to construct a decorative gate and matching railings for the bottom end of our garden.
The quotation was carried out personally by the owner - which was much appreciated. The guys worked hard on the installation and achieved a good result.
We are very pleased with the finished products which have been made to a high standard and painted to our specification.
I would be pleased to use Red Metal Works again for similar work and recommend this company to others.
