Great service!
Booked in advance ready for our weekend away in Tenby and they were absolutely fantastic throughout. They picked us up right on time and did a few more trips for us later in the evening with no issues whatsoever.
Highly recommend this taxi company if you are ever visiting this area. Will definitely be using again when visiting.

non arrival of taxi
I ordered the taxi for 6.50 on Saturday 16thMarch 2024
It never arrived . My train was due to leave Tenby at 7.29am. By the time I realised that it wasn’t coming it was too late to book a taxi from a different company.
Needless to say my husband and I missed the train. This had a knock on effect for the rest of the day. The next was 9.39 …full of rugby and soccer supporters ,so full there were people filling all corridors. .this unpleasant experience could have been avoided if the taxi had arrived or at least if we had been told they wouldn’t be able to honour the booking.

Hello Gilda we are sorry but we never had a booking for that time of the morning we don’t open until 8am are you sure you booked with us and not someone else we wouldn’t of taken a booking at that time of the morning sorry
