difficult to reach given no telephone or email on website. Finally reached them and completed their arduous form - why do they need personal details of my travel companion? Then they tell me they gave me the wrong form, sent me the correct form and want me to start over, including finding and sending attachments.
Generaldi travel insurance is merging with Redion. Our experience with Generaldi has been horrible. We were unable to make a flight because we had a severe medical emergency months ago. We provided documents and they still won’t process our claim after 3 months
Their policy is deny deny deny until customer gives up in frustration. Do not use this company!
Redion, formerly known as Europ-assistance, is a partner of BLS-Spain and provides travel insurance for the Schengen Area. We purchased insurance, but were unable to apply for a visa due to medical reasons. Our request for a refund was denied, as was our request to change our travel dates. I will not be using this company again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
