Great service and support
Customer service was great, as was the fast shipping. Battery health was as advertised and anything else so far works great. Despite some minor issues with the phone, reDevice quickly provided support and assistance. Next time, I would trust them again.

After the review, reDevice contacted me to learn about the issue and totally agreed with my comments (it was a mistake from their side). Offered to reimburse the difference between GradeA and GradeB phones (which is rather small). So, again, I recommend them if you're up to purchasing a used phone. Guys are quick in response and eager to find the best solution for their customers.
Fast delivery. Grade system is misleading: I bought a Grade A device (Slight signs of natural wear - micro scratches but no noticeable marks or dents. Wear not visible when screen is turned on.), but when the phone came there was a very significant dent on the frame. It is clear that the phone felt on the floor at least once.
I can recommend the seller, but keep in mind possible mistakes

In the beginning I was not very trusting and didn’t know if I should buy used phone, but I did and could not be happier! I was pleasantly surprised about the service, I asked for video to see how the phone looks like and some extra information, I got it all very quickly!
Delivery was fast and very convenient as well!
I have been using my Iphone 12 pro for almost 3 weeks now and I am in LOVE with it, phone is in good shape and it was as the webpage specified it.
