I am deeply regret for hiring Ben…

I am deeply regret for hiring Ben Williams at Red Dot Pm.com to be my property manager. He found me the very bad tenants. The tenants only paid for the first month rent to me. He allowed the tenants to do half of the security deposit and make a payment for the rest. After he charged his commission which was 1 month of the rental fee. The next month, the tenants stopped make payments. He would take partial payments of the 2 mouth which it was delay time to evict the tenants by Washing eviction lawyer. I was out of state during the time that I hired him to be my property manager. He is a scammer. He helped me to find an eviction lawyer who charged me the arm and the leg but I didn’t get his lawyer.Long story short, It cost me 8 months to evict the tenants out of my house in Lynnwood WA. I had to spend more money to hire an eviction lawyer, money to hire people remove tenants belonging out of my house. I lost $27,000 in rental .I was able to evict my tenants on June-30-2024. Ben Willams got $2300 from me and he laughed at me that I was stupid to hire him. I shared my true experience because I don’t want people go through the stress that I got from his old guy.
