Loyal customer, I finally won about $2000 and when I made my withdrawal request. The BS started, first it was they were backed up paying out customers so they had a back log to clear before they paid me. How can this be? The main function of a casino is to take money and payout money how can you fall behind on that. One month in still no payment. My request was deleted 3 different times with no explanation. Just told to redo it again. The 3rd time I made a mistake requesting the wrong crypto. So then they were quick to payout knowing it would not get to me because of the wrong crypto address. They said they were clear of any issue and I would need to figure it out. Worst customer service ever . I pray AI takes all their jobs because they are worthless and have no sense of what customer service is. Robots could do a better job for sure . Don’t waste your time or money with red cherry. Won over $1200 on a "No Deposit" New Player Welcome Bonus. Then was prompted to get verified and as I was going through the process and towards the end of the verification it said that the "KYC Verifier" is requiring a $250 deposit because I had such a high balance. I was able to get through to the online Agent "Emily" where I said I won't deposit that amount of money on any platform let alone a platform I'd not yet gotten a true feel for.
She was pretty aggressive with her "pitch" that I beat the house on a free bonus which is unheard of and for such a low deposit requirement I shouldn't lose my winnings. Proceeded to say that the deposit stays in my balance and it's required as a type of security measure that's all.
