Should be-5 .Ordered in redbus app a ticket to aceh from medan. Got an error message that something wrong after the payment.
Checked the app for ticket and says no tickets ordered.

So tried again and the same routine.

So no tickets in my mobile app.

Good messages that I have 1a And 1c seats reserved. Caked immediately to the WhatsApp and also mailed with the proofs.

No response till the next day that there's no error from their side.

Asked them to go into my account to check if this tickets are actually purchased which is the third proof. They never responded to that question but standard lie routine that is ok on their side.

I how they lose the business soon for all these lies and money scamming which are done on purpose.

Basically they got the license to steal from the public by ignoring them.

SCAMMERS!! Scammers, they are really scammers. They sold me 2 bus tickets of the BORLINDO company from Rantepao to Makassar on Feb 15th for 460.000 IDR. ( IDV3646462400). The bus wasn’t there and we had to buy other new tickets with a different company. Borlindo company says they no longer work with them and that they have received neither orders nor money.
THEY NEVER ANSWER. When I tried to contact Redbus by WA, an automatic answer ask you for share your opinion on the travel (sic)

GO ON FOOT, BUT DON'T GIVE MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE
