This was a good alternative to more expensive medication services. Got in with a doctor quick and low cost of medication.
I just want to add as well that I had a very positive experience with customer service on the phone. I probably waited five minutes and the lady I spoke with went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me out.
I'm really pleased with this experience! I would not call them money hungry at all, as they refunded me for a visit that I missed and it was totally my fault.
Really appreciated it!

Every interaction I've had with a provider has been friendly, professional, and attentive. The prescription process is fast and inexpensive. Medications are shipped promptly and arrive quickly. Follow-up appointments are efficient. Appointments can be scheduled 7 days a week, including in the evenings. The whole process is about as fast, affordable, and convenient as possible.

I couldn’t get an answer on appt times or treatment choices until they ran my card of course . So then when they got my
Money only then could they inform me that they couldn’t get me in until it was too late and with a medication I wasn’t comfortable taking or trying nor was effective and when I cancelled immediately seconds after my card was ran . They just ignored the requested over the phone and in 5 emails . I didn’t have an appointment or consultation. I just got my money taken so I could find out the scheduling days .

Some of our visit types do not require a video visit. In those cases, you would not have to schedule an appointment time for the provider to review the assessment you submitted. Instead, your assessment would be reviewed within 24 hours and treatment prescribed if applicable. That is not always the medication that you prefer, but our providers will explain why you were given an alternative treatment in their notes to you.

"This so-called 'RedBox Rx' is a straight-up scam and a total disgrace. I signed up thinking I'd get quick, convenient online doctor help—yeah, right. These crooks snatched $70 straight out of my account the second I hit submit, then ghosted me completely. Zero response, no doctor, no consultation, no treatment, NOTHING. It's been two full days of me blowing up their chat/email/support with crickets in return, and they're still jerking me around on a refund like it's some kind of joke. They pounce on your money like vultures and then vanish when you actually need service. Absolute trash operation preying on people who just want basic help. DO NOT TOUCH THIS WEBSITE with a ten-foot pole—save your cash and your sanity, and run to literally any other telehealth service that isn't run by con artists. RedBox Rx deserves to be shut down."

Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm sorry we made you feel like we didn't want to help you. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication.
If you did not receive a prescription, the reasoning is listed in the visit notes through your account. Our policy is to refund a patient's visit fee if you were not prescribed treatment. In some cases, certain questions in the assessment are answered in a way that indicates we most likely will not be able to treat you safely through our services. We provide that notice before you pay and schedule your appointment because we certainly don't want to have patients pay for a service if we can't help. We also don't want to delay treatment by having you wait to complete a video consultation with our providers knowing it is unlikely they will prescribe treatment. You may continue past that notification and schedule a visit if you'd still like to meet with one of our providers. We understand that our service may not be right for everyone, but we believe that we can help many receive access to affordable, quality healthcare that might not receive it otherwise.

Sent medication fast
I have had a great experience with Red box. I have had excema flare ups and they have prescribed me a salve that I have gotten from my doctor before. They sent it immediately and it has helped tremendously on my flare ups.

This is exactly what I wanted . This site is effective and efficient. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable and I got my script without any issues . It’s much cheaper than my primary and honestly the script is delivered to my door and so so cheap. This is a no brianer. Such a great site . So glad I found it .

After my physician retired, I needed to have a prescription renewed and couldn't find anyone locally who could see me as a new patient in a timely fashion. RedBox RX came to the rescue. I was able to meet with a provider online within a day and had the medication in 4 days (with shipping). They even wrote the prescription with 3 refills which will last me an entire year. I highly recommend RedBox RX!

Redbox RX was fast, easy and a wonderful way to connect with a Doctor in not only a timely manner, but also from the comfort of my own home.
