Bought a couple chili oils but never got delivered. When I reached out to company they said they sent it and wasn't their problem once they ship it out. Very rude and unprofessional.
I recently bought chili oil from Redbloom and was excited about their premium ingredients like organic MCT oil and lion's mane mushroom. To my shock, the bottle's label listed completely different ingredients, many of which were poor quality and ones I was allergic to. When I reached out to their customer service for clarification, they told me to ignore the label and assume the bottle contained the ingredients listed on their website instead. LIKE WHAT?! I did not trust that and wanted to return it. Despite acknowledging that they knew about the disparity in ingredients between the website and the product label, they did not proactively communicate with me and refused to accept a return. Their response was not only dismissive but also extremely rude, including personal attacks in our correspondence. I have no trust in this company's honesty or their product's authenticity. AVOID Redbloom at all costs. They are deceptive, and their customer service is horrendous. Do not waste your money on this untrustworthy company!
This stuff is horrible. The claim to have a 100% guarantee, but they do not honor it. They force you into a subscription that they will not allow you to cancel. They KNOW their product is absolute garbage, and that forcing people to purchase it is the only way they can make a profit. Stay far away from this nasty company.
Update: The product was shipped back. The tracking shows the company has received it. They have not issued a refund, even though they stated they would.
