Just loved the idea of this right from the get go. My daughter found you a year or more ago when I was whinging about the Coles recycling ceasing. We have been pooling our bags and using your service since then as you didnt do my area. Now you do do my area, so we are still pooling but from my place instead as she has had twins since we started this journey. Thank you for the service you provide,

SUCH a great experience. It's so nice to be able to have an ongoing ReSmart collection at home that I can just pop out the front for someone to collect. I love knowing that I can dispose of things responsibly, so grateful for this service. Thank you!

I get plenty of warning of the pick up so I never miss out, The four weekly frequency is ideal and I am happy that all this plastic is not going to landfill.

ReSmart make it so easy to recycle all sorts of things through them. From medicine blister packs and soft plastics to flat batteries and scrap fabric. I just need to pack it all up, and they collect my bags and boxes from my front door. It saves me a lot of time taking things to different collection points and keeps many items out of landfill. I highly recommend them.

Another successful collection. Using ReSmart makes it so “easy peasy lemon squeezey” to recycle all those things that can’t go into the council recycling bin, which in our area is quite a lot of things. I can quit easily fill up two bags with just soft plastics alone. This service, so worth it!

What a terrific service ! I live in an inner Melbourne city neighbourhood which has a strong Facebook group culture of recycling, repairing and reusing items to avoid landfill. This service not only helps with recycling and reusing items, but also handles those tricky or fiddly items, like bread tags, blister packaging, plastic bags and long fluorescent tubes. Today they also collected from me a metal camping cooker; next week I have a vintage underwater video camera case. Thanks ReSmart Team ! 😃

I like the way this experience makes me recycle a significant amount each month which reduces the amount of clutter on my shelves and gives me more space.
My only concern is about rain (my first pickup was left behind because of a sprinkle of rain).

We have been very pleased with the pickup every month. It's a great feeling knowing that all the soft plastics and any other items which need a new home can be picked up each month. Any interaction that we have had with the people picking up the bags is always positive. We love the fact that this service is something that we have done almost from the start after hearing about it on the radio. Well done to the business and the people involved. Please keep up the good work.

Pick up went soothly and very happy and relieved to be keeping things out of landfill. Probably would have preferred an earlier pick up date, but understand if logistics and demand dont make this possible. All in all an excellent service. Thank you!

Great service with timely reminders
Easy to use and a practical way to help deal with soft plastics

Pickup was fine except that the driver was a little careless in putting things into the car/van. He dropped a plastic container from someone else's pickup in my driveway. I consequently drove over it and smashed it into lots of pieces which I then had to pick up. I was particularly concerned that the jagged pieces might give me a flat tyre. Will see how that goes over the coming days.

A convenient and easy way of recycling where it would be tricky otherwise.

I initially loved the concept behind Resmart, and my first pick-up went perfectly well, which made me confident in the service. Unfortunately, after that, everything went downhill.

My bag collection was rescheduled four times since the original pick-up date of 23 February. Even after being told that my collection had been prioritised, nothing happened and the bags were never collected.

After several reschedules and requests asking why it was so difficult for them to fulfil their service, I still have not received a clear explanation, apart from being told that they could not find a driver.

This is particularly frustrating considering that the entire service is based on collecting recycling bags. Because of these repeated delays, my waste unfortunately ended up going to landfill instead of being recycled.

After several reschedules and no resolution, I decided to cancel the service. Very disappointing experience.

Easy to leave our soft plastics at the front door for collection for recycling.

The main item I needed to be collected was a small box of used batteries and an old printer, scanner and used printer cartridges. For some reason the batteries were left behind

So pleased to have found this service. Years of soft plastics building up with no council or government collection on the horizon can now be dealt with appropriately and not end up as land fill. Easy, convenient and very reasonable rates with good options for individuals and business.

I was able to better plan for this ReSmart pickup using the app to determine what could go to ReSmart in this collection. The driver was also helpful.
