Very Impressed and would use again
First use of company was excellent. Second attempt not so. Emails went unanswered. Even notification of impending house clearance service was ignored. Three weeks later an email announcing the company was back in business was received. Another email received a week later to say collection completed. As I no longer lived at that address, cannot confirm or deny collection.
texts confirming request accepted, advising of arrival, tracking app most useful, collection of all items shows professional attitude to work. All completed within 24 hours of request being made So impressed, I have more items for their company to collect, and would advise friends and neighbours about the service

We understand your frustration in requesting a collection where we offered your area as an option and then had to withdraw.
We are exploring expansion however some counties are extremely big and when we get bookings for collections at impossible reaches in the county we simply cannot make the trip, it's just not feasible or viable.
We will continue to expand slowly and hopefully we can accommodate areas in very remote areas one day.
We appreciate you choosing us, and do apologise again that we could not service your postcode.
