Too bad I can’t do No Stars rating as they are a scam. Any company that uses this is probably a scam as well using a reputable company name to scam you! I was getting a part from Calgary to Edmonton and first message was it was held up at customs for duty both city’s are in Alberta Canada, no customs I hope!
Then when I questioned it I was told that it was a refundable $108.00 insurance… ya that exactly what shippers do charge the receiver a refundable anything and hold the parcel hostage!!! I don’t think so! So I was scammed on my part and then told to throw more money away to get my package that didn’t exist! Great looking site though I’ll give them that !

100 percent scam delivery company. Parts avatar Canada uses them to ship parts and I believe they are in this scam together. Avatar will ask if the shipping company has reached out to you regarding your order and in which in a matter of seconds the shipping company sends you a message saying you need to pay for insurance and then a city permit fee. There more you ask questions the more their English gets broken. Please be aware that you’ll only be digging a bigger hole if you continue to deal with parts avatar Canada or Rectologistics.com.
